Frankie's Nashville Hot Chicken

Lost leader. It is actually Lone Star promoting one food item, not an actual fried chicken alternative to Popeyes.

Food was tasty enough, but I ordered onion rings for $5 and got 5 onion rings total. $1 per ring seems completely absurd even with inflation. Similarly, we paid extra for additional sauces and got none with our meals despite the menu offering them. 2 star rating seems about right for this spot honestly, fine fried chicken but not the best, and then to not get what you pay for.

Frankie's Chicken in Ottawa usually offers pretty decent food. The service is terrible and they bait people into BOGO (buy one get one free) deals that they do not honor. Today they have a BOGO banner on their ubereats profile but there is no offer. And I ordered the BOGO last week and they cancelled it without notice after making me wait an hour and inconveniencing the uber driver. That's B.S.

Just got food poisoning from here yesterday! Nice… they’ve also messed up my order in the past.

Orleans location - Honestly fantastic quality and quantity!!! I’m never disappointed when I pickup from the Orleans location. Consistently good and today with restaurants cutting back it’s nice to see they’re not being cheap. Highly recommend!!!

First off this place deserves way more than 2.2 stars. I have ordered here a few times for a late night meal which is great that they’re open late! The flavours are so delicious and different. The heat is spicy but the perfect kind of heat that makes you want to keep eating it and tasting it. The curly fries OMG! So good. I love they’re house sauces too. Just got my wisdom teeth out and as soon as I can eat crunchy spicy food this will be my first stop!

Amazing chicken! Definitely a come-back customer and my first choice for good chicken! Strips are amazing, sandwiches are amazing, portions are amazing and dipping sauces amazing!

This is just Lonestar with a spin off.The food is great. Still the same staff with no manners. The staff is not friendly what so ever. I wrote a review for Lonestar’s itself around October 2023. They replied asking me to email them to resolved the issue (which I did) and I never got a reply back.Should I have known this restaurant was Lonestar’s, i would have not given them my money! I rather drive all the way to St-Laurent to get food (even if this location is literally down the street)!

I order on skip the dishes all the time but this place is the master of not getting your order right, today I got 5 piece chicken with honey dill dip and they gave me a vinaigrette. Like WHAT! I get gingerale now cause if u ask for a coke they send you a diet coke lol. out of 20 times you will be lucky if u get one right order. It says that u get a coleslaw with your meal. NAHHH.... u either get random sauce that u didn't want or a coleslaw, never both. If u win the Nashville hot chicken lottery maybe u will get both. Honestly the chicken is good but the overall service is honestly the worst restaurant in Ottawa. So if u want your order right u might as well go there and not get it delivered, at least that way u can open it up in front of them and be like, HEY BUDDY its not right

I ordered the Chicken burger/fries combo and the food itself was amazing. But the portion of fries you get for the price is absolutely unreal. I could fit the amount of fries I got in the palm of my hand. I will not be going back, not worth the price for what you get.
