Never order from the Waters location on line on a Friday, second time they don’t respect the estimated delivery time of 55 minutes. Over 1-1/2 hour for home delivery

Placed an online order for a Gabe's original. When we got home we noticed that have us a pepperoni. It's now 10pm and we're tired and hungry and don't want to go back. Not only did they give us a pizza that's way off from the order but the pizza was unedible and disgusting. Highly disappointed.

We used to enjoy their whole wheat thin crust vegetarian pizza. However , now they have removed this healthy option and one can only get a white dough crust. Very unfortunate for those who enjoy healthier foods! Sadly, we won’t be ordering from Gabriel’s anymore. Don’t understand their rationale.
I went with friends for a birthday party. We had the combo platter, wings and a medium pizza. The food was amazing, was still warm and ready when we arrived too! The staff was super nice to us when we ordered, very kind. Totally would reccomend; friends, family, to anyone!
Dietary restrictions: One of my friends is gluten free, lactose intolerant and has many allergies. They maneuvered this perfectly! Not only are many of their items gluten free and lactose intolerant, even their pizzas! We all had something to eat, worry free!

We ordered 2 medium pizzas and some wings. We were told 25 minute wait. We got there around the 25 minute mark and then waited another 20 minutes for the food. When we finally got it, there was no explanation why there was such a delay. One of the pizzas and the wings were cold when we got home and the other pizza was still hot. Seems like they’d forgotten or given away part of our order but didn’t explain anything about it.While we waited, more calls were coming in and the were still telling people that it would only be a 25 minute wait.The only reason I’m giving any stars is that Gabriel’s pizza is good in general but will not be returning to this location.TL;DR25 min wait was 45 min. Half our order was cold and the other warm. No explanation.Will go to the other location that’s an extra 5 min away in the future.

When calling in we were told that the wait would be 25 minutes for two pizzas and wings, and after arriving to pick up the pizzas we waited over 25 more minutes to receive the pizza. Once we arrived home, the pizzas were two different temperatures making it clear that they were made at different times. The wings were also cold.What's worse is we got no explanation or apology even thought it's clear that there was some sort of mistake made during preparation.Will not be going back due to this experience.
