Some of the best pizza in Ottawa, but this location regularly mixes up ingredients on half and half pizzas, and can’t seem to cut pizzas with proper fractions. I just hope for better.

We were all disappointed with the lack of quality of service on our visit on Dec 18th. We had to keep waiting down the server and going to get her. Same applied to drinks upon arriving, ordering, asking for dessert and also had to chase her for our bills.
Some of our food was cold.
Worse experience at this location. Usually receive great service. It wasn't even a busy evening so not sure the reason.

Will not be going there anymore cause of the manager on duty i think her name was lilianne we are arabs and we heard everything she was talking about us just cause we asked for another waitress cause we have an allergy for fragrances and we honestly couldn’t breathe from how much perfume she had on short story she was very disrespectful to us when we asked to speak to A manager she had to put it up there that she isin charge and she’s the one we will need to talk to very shame to have someone like this in charge thank you gabriel but we won’t be going there again

I visited this Gabriel Pizza location in Ottawa and had a disappointing experience with the service. The waitress wasn’t welcoming, and I’ve never experienced service like this before. When I asked to pay, she just handed me the machine without asking how my spaghetti was or if everything was okay. She didn’t smile or try to talk at all, which made the interaction feel very cold.
The spaghetti I ordered was actually great, but the service completely ruined the experience for me. I didn’t leave a tip because the service didn’t deserve it, and she seemed upset. I hope management improves this, because the food deserves better service.

I attend a regular monthly breakfast here. Service, food and atmosphere are excellent.
Had breakfast with my husband here a few days ago. Our waitress Hala was absolutely fantastic and the food was great. However, I was incredibly unimpressed with the female manager on shift. She kept yelling at multiple staff members in front of customers, mistreating her staff, and being overly demanding. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional for us. We left a great tip to our waitress and will NOT be returning to this location. If management can't treat their staff correctly we will take our business elsewhere.

Wednesday special is wings got some wings and I was charge full price which I do not appreciate since it was wings day. She said the special you only get 9 wings which is not true it’s by the pound so it can be 9 or maybe 12 wings which usually is how much got before, we always got more then 9 wings on Wednesday. The waitress was really determined that we got 13 wings why would anybody pay $10 more for an extra 3-4 wings She should have known since we got two order I think it should be her job to ask if we wanted the special on that day.
