Love the product at this shop. You’d never know that you’re eating GF. It’s that delicious! The staff are all very personable, knowledgeable and wanting to serve. The head baker, Charlotte, who designs the delicious recipes, is super lovely to meet if you get the chance. Lemon squares, carrot cake like none other, salted caramel anything. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of their in-house baked products or what they import from Mtl.

My daughter and I have celiac disease and this place is amazing! They import all kinds of gluten-free stuff from Italy that you can’t get elsewhere. They also have all the best gluten-free stuff that you can find at other places here and there, but they bring it all together in one store. In addition, they have premade frozen foods that they make in house as well as from other companies and restaurants. They also have a bakery where they always have fresh muffins and bread and other treats. It is expensive to shop there, but that’s the deal when you eat gluten-free.

The environment is very clean. It's a bit on the pricey side; however, you get the best quality, and it's worth every penny!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Everything about Gutsies is amazing! The fresh bakery items are so delicious, and there is so much variety! They even offer some items frozen to bake at home. They have a variety of takeaway meals and fully stocked pantry items...chocolates, spices, sauces, noodles, crackers and more! Every time I go I found something new and exciting to try. Outside of the incredible offering of product, the staff are kind, supportive, knowledgeable and so very helpful. I recently had many questions, and Natasha took time to personally ensure my needs were met...above and beyond! It is worth the trip to either location no matter how far you are!

Ordered a birthday cake for my wife for pickup at their Kanata location. When I got there to pick it up, they had the cake at their Orleans location instead. :-/ An obvious mixup on their part, but immediately they took ownership and offered to drive it to my house in time for the party.

Basically like Disney World for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten free. So many dairy free options! This is a life staple for our gluten free household, making our holidays and memories extra special. Can’t wait to come in next for pantry items, frozen foods, and of course a croissant or dairy free eclair for the ride home.
