As a celiac, it is so difficult to find tasty fresh baked goods that are safe to eat. The array of desserts and breads that Gutsies offers is so incredible. It’s so comforting to know that the food is safe but also so delicious! My go to is the cake pops, but their eclairs are also phenomenal. Filled cupcakes, different flavours of cookies, cakes, croissants, and donuts. Everything I’ve tried from Gutsies has been so good, and there is so much that you can’t find gluten free anywhere else. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is just the loveliest gluten-free bakery. I’m rarely in Orleans but I make a point of going whenever I am. The croissants are actually light and flaky and so delicious. The bread is awesome and the assortment of GF staples (pasta, cake mix, flours etc) and frozen items (dumplings, cakes etc) is excellent and not so different in price from bigger stores. It’s sparkly clean and nicely arranged.
I deducted one star for atmosphere because I feel mildly enraged that there’s a tipping option when you go to pay. It’s a store, not a restaurant. There is no seating area. It’s tacky AF to ask for tips in a high-end grocery store; it’s an awkward cash grab and a confession that they don’t pay a living wage.

Insane amount of gluten free options - it's not just a bakery but also a small gluten free grocer. The white whole grain bread was absolutely excellent- didn't need toasting to be good like so many grocery store brands do - tastes good straight out of the bag and also when reheated from frozen. I would (and will) drive all the way across the city for this kind of quality.

My wife is gluten intolerant, and Gutsies has been a lifesaver, great selection of baked goods. She loves the lemon blueberry scones. Prices are reasonably high but to be expected and the product quality is superior. Lovely helpful staff as well. 5 ⭐️

The absolute BEST gluten free bakery I have ever been to, with the kindest owners! I ordered an angel food cake with strawberries on it, and 6 donuts, for my birthday.
The cake and donuts tasted like heaven! My youngest child had a donut and said "These donuts were blessed by God!" I could not agree more! I've never tasted such delicious donuts! The cake was absolutely beautiful and it tasted just as good as it looked!
I've been on a strict diet for the past few months and have so been looking forward to indulging on my birthday! Thank you Denis, for being so amazing when I came in to place my order and for delivering a cake and treats, beyond my expectations!
