Ordered through Skip the dishes, got a meal box. 1/2 Chicken was super greasy and the meat was gooey, didn’t get my drink and got the wrong sauce. Called kfc and they suggested I stop by and they will give me the drink. Got a skip the dishes credit 👎

I had a very bad experience here. Not sure if changed owner. The service is very slow. It is Friday night 7pm. Already passed the busy time. More than 10 customers are waiting the order. Non one is complaining. But I will not come to this store again.

Absolutely zero service should be closed they don't even acknowledge your in the building ..... Then go to drive thru to be told we can't serve you here even tho paying cash they say to come back inside and not even be acknowledged ......

Ordered 10 piece bucket w fries, macaroni salad and coleslaw plus a large gravy. They charged me for the gravy but when I got home and unpacked it was missing. Tried using their Order Kiosk and that would not work. The food they did include was OK but this is not the first time I have had problems ordering from this location. I think form now on I will use another location.

If I could give zero I would! Let me start by saying isn’t it funny that they are not even replying to the reviews because I’m sure they are aware of how terrible they really are . I waiting 29 minutes for my 10 piece family feast bucket meal for they to not give me what I asked for, the. She said is everything g okay you reply no and she walks away! This is not the first time I have an issue with this place but figures must have just been a bad day or something . I was waiting on fresh chicken as they didn’t have enough and I get it that’s fine but to give me old and new after waiting half ah hour blows my mind. I hate leaving bad reviews but people need to keep hearing how terrible they are to paying customers
Numerous times I've tried to mobile order from the website. And numerous times I'm either told they're completely out of everything i want to order, or they haven't even started making the order. To add insult to injury, when you try to get a refund for the items they can't make, they tell you to call the number on your receipt, which, lo and behold, is the phone number for the store. When you explain that, they'll tell you to go kick rocks. Waste of time, money, and labor.

This is my go-to KFC in the area. The staff have always been kind, especially Ramandip who routinely greets us at the drive thru with a smile and good service.
The order is usually done in a reasonable amount of time and accurate for us so we are on our way fast.
We will keep going back.
