Waited 40 minutes from time of ordering. One cook with cashier doing this, plus prepping, and working the drive thru. Not very friendly and very slow. Horrible experience and my last time coming here.

They messed up my order, came to pickup the food that they missed after having contacted KFC customer support, they gave a lot of attitude over food they OFFERED to give me over the phone and proceeded to talk about my situation in the back as if I couldn’t hear them.

They are extremely rude! Suja the lady that works at drive-through yelled at me and left me waiting at window after I told her I had coupons. She lost it and said you have say you have coupons before your order give...I had no idea and was about to apologize but her attitude and yelling I have to cancel this order...and walked off. The whole interaction was so bizarre.

Macaroni tasted weird and chicken was terrible fries were under cooked very disappointing and waste of money. For the 14 piece bucket had mainly small pieces of just fatty almost like chicken you could not even eat it

THIS IS THE WORST KFC EVER. Ordered the festive feast. Received 10 pieces of over cooked dry and chicken, the breading was very dark, very dry and stuck to the chicken, it tasted terrible.
The fry box 3/4 full was broken when you pulled it out of the bag it fell all over the floor.
The popcorn chicken wasn't full. They skimp on size or ruin standard cooking of a chain restaurant.
How is it possible that every experience is worse than the last time! 50 dollars and a complete waste of money.
