If I could give 0 stars I would. It's a shame KFC in Orleans/Ottawa is ruined with crappy owners. This place is understaffed, and the staff that are there I'm pretty sure are owners and they do not care. I have gone 3 times and never once got the right order, ice waited 25 min for an order once, and they have cared to fix it, reimburse, or even acknowledge their mistake. They are rude and the only consistent thing about them is how bad they mess up.

Very bad behavior with Skip driver. Staff was rude and disrespectful. No cooperation at all and long waiting time without any explanation. Drivers are also working professionals and deserve respect. This location needs better staff training.

I cannot recommend this location. They often get orders incorrect mostly as they keep run̈inh out of basic ingredients. Once orderes a chicken sandwich with cheese at kìosk-no cheese. Last order was 2 twisters with extra tomatoes but they had no tomatoes even though these are basic toppings. Instead they substituted pickles, to which I am allergic.

Because its not scanning in computer,ask to have similar deal in honor of coupon. Her respond can't do nothing and told me if not satisfied just go elsewhere wow what service. KFC OLD Montreal rd and Trim rd. Orleans.

Ordered online AGAIN from app and order was incorrect when I got it home AGAIN. Ordered a 4 piece meal and got three pieces...I keep hoping they'll improve but they mess up my order everytime. I shouldn't have to disassemble my order bag just to make sure everything is correct...should I????

This was by far the worst KFC order I’ve ever had. The food arrived extremely cold — the chicken felt like it came out of a fridge, not a kitchen. The fries were ice cold, as if they had been sitting since the morning.
On top of that, half of the order was incorrect — missing items and wrong items. I paid $77 for food that was honestly unacceptable and barely edible.
No quality control, no care, and no respect for the customer. Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Went through the drive through waited 10 min. Drove up to the window the employee looked at us and walked away.
Ordered food. Usually the interact machine gives you the option
1- tip % 2- tip amount 3- no tip
The cashier decided to add the tip to our bill without asking. She was also trying to keep our receipt. When I asked for it. She went to the back. When she came back. We asked why she added her own tip. She pretended she couldn't understand what we were asking.
Very disrespectful as it is stealing.......... guaranteed she's done it before and will do it again.

I shall make it clear, I love PFK since I was a child, my dad was making this special this PFK Sundays! Anyway, that sweet lady that serve me there today and 2 weeks ago get your food on the counter like a F1 racer, and the cook, that giant that was there today, I was seing him going, picking up the driest ready nice piece of chicken instead of only taking the by the edge greasy ones. For a PFK, These 2 people were making it like when I was a child, thank you guys, absolutly delicious!

Wish i could tell you if the food or service was good. But i can't cause we got neither of both. The staff was ignoring customers. People had to yell over the counter and through there divider window wall thing to get acknologed. We where in line. 1 person ahead of us and 1 behind us.
Waited 25ish minutes nobody and i mean NOBODY ever came to the cash to take orders there where a few people already waiting for food. Asking how much longuer they had to wait.
Btw. It was the usual suspects. If ya know ya know.
