Went through the drive-thru and ordered the famous chicken sandwich, only to be told it would take 25 minutes because they only had one fryer running. So we switched to a Big Crunch and two spicy snack wraps instead.
Unfortunately, the Big Crunch was spicy (which we didn’t ask for), and the chicken in the snack wraps was spicy but was cold and hard. Very disappointing experience. 😒

Went on July 11th, 2025 at 1:43pm. Drive through service was horrible. I ask the person at the counter for what kind of sauces they have (I don’t go to KFC usually) and she just sighed. Overall poor service. Asked me to park around the side and came out and just stood at door waiting for me to walk to her. I waved her down to come to me. Food was good service was poor.

Get that front door fixed. Have to push with all my force to open it and the handicap button doesn't even work because of the doors weight.

Waited over 30 minutes and messed up our order. Had to wait longer than everyone else. People arrived 20 minutes after us and got served before us. Would not recommend.

The 2.8 stars they already have makes a lot of sense. I went today and left disgusted. The washroom was filthy and didnt have hand soap, the seats and tables weren’t clean/wiped down by the workers which I know by the dead flies and mosquitoes on there. The workers don’t wear gloves and to help my case, the worker hurt her eye there and started rubbing her eye and hair, holding her phone and doing the most unsanitary shit while making food. This is Canada, this is a shame to our community and doesn’t meet our standards and expectations. Shame on KFC for providing such a negative experience.

Waited 40 minutes from time of ordering. One cook with cashier doing this, plus prepping, and working the drive thru. Not very friendly and very slow. Horrible experience and my last time coming here.

They messed up my order, came to pickup the food that they missed after having contacted KFC customer support, they gave a lot of attitude over food they OFFERED to give me over the phone and proceeded to talk about my situation in the back as if I couldn’t hear them.

They are extremely rude! Suja the lady that works at drive-through yelled at me and left me waiting at window after I told her I had coupons. She lost it and said you have say you have coupons before your order give...I had no idea and was about to apologize but her attitude and yelling I have to cancel this order...and walked off. The whole interaction was so bizarre.
