I ordered from here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food (burger and fries) was delicious. The cost being not that much more than typical fast food makes this well worth it to actually get a quality burger in Orleans. I definitely would recommend this place!

Went in very close to closing and was greeted by extremely friendly staff. Ken was on the grill and Tina at the cash. Service really made this experience.The burgers were perfectly cooked, moist, tender but not very greasy. We got the hickory and the mushroom Swiss.Got a huge side of fries that we upgraded to poutine - Amazing portion size, lots of gravy and curds.We went into this place on a whim and will definitely be back.Their ‘regular’ burgers are a value when compared to the fast food chains.We also saw how they cleaned the place and wow, very tidy and clean!

The burgers are top noch. I recommend the Rhippo it is 1lb of meat. It's worth every nickel(pennies don't exist anymore). Fries are very good as well. Im gearing up for the Rhippo challenge. Try these burgers. Life is short, and you only live once. Put it on your bucket list.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly.

Had the Hickory Crunch burger and it was fantastic. Great Burger..great fries..very good service. Will be back!
$60 for 2 burger combos for take out..Not worth it. Burgers were just ok more on the dry side. Chicken in the barnyard had a big tendon in it and was very chewy on one side. Wasn't super busy yet there was so much smoke in the place. Walked out 15 minutes later and my clothes smelled like I just did an 8 hour shift in front of the grill. Much better burger places around, skip this one!

Was my first time and i was very happy and food was yummy the only thing i would say is they should be careful with fries cause i got alot of small piece and not many nice fries that was a désappointement for me burger was awesome and fries was good other then small piece :)

This is just another 5 guys with better decor. Staff acted stuck up and miserable. No greeting, couldn't answer questions. And felt like they hated being there. Prices don't match the quality of the food. Burgers under cooked and had to ask for fresh fries.You'll get better service and quality at burger King.

To the guys/gal who drew Gandalf on my Uber order…YOU…ARE…AWESOME! But service aside this place has some amazing food! Burgers are tender, seasoned well and milkshakes are good as well. I can’t wait to come back and try the all day
