Absolutely terrible went in today and only two other tables were being served & 1 waitress working all the tables there, waited over 30 minutes from entering the store and my order hasn’t even been taken wasted my lunch break waiting on the waitress. I only first tried this place last week and had a decent experience and decided to try it again after this experience I will never return to this establishment it was a horrible experience a waste of time same chipotle is a couple steps away but cheaper,

I went in for diner on the 11/7/2025 order fajita and ribs after getting my order ribs came cold told the waiter he said he’ll fix it then another waiter bring back the ribs saying we warm it up for u in the microwave I said excuse me microwave he said yes and we’re making new one I said thanks no need then a person from head office saw everything came to the table asking is everything ok I said no your waiter said he warmed up my ribs in microwave so he went and got store manager told me that’s not how we do it it was clearly it is warmed up by microwave why would employee lies I just paid the bill and left my opinion never again seem like everything is not hot and done by microwave very bad food

We just got home from dinner at this location. Got there around 6:15 pm. There were a couple families ahead of us waiting to be greeted and seated. We were attended to and seated within 5 or so minutes. I hadn't been to any Lone Star for over 5 years and I decided that I'd celebrate my birthday with steak fajitas. We were served by Twilight, a very nice and friendly young lady who was attentive but not overbearing. Complimentary chips and salsa started off the evening with a couple of soft drinks.
We had an appetizer of fried mozzarella with three sauces on the side; Nashville, Buffalo and Ranch. Glad we got the sauces on the side. Buffalo was a bit spicy. The Boss said the Ranch was good. Nashville was quite a spicy surprise, spicier than I thought it would be. It left me with a runny nose and a real after kick.
Dinner consisted of the beef and chicken fajita combo. The fresh flour tortillas were fantastic being warm and soft. We were each given an individual small amount of pico, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Seasoned rice was also provided. The meat, peppers and onions were nicely cooked and quite hot when delivered to the table.
I built my first fajita and took a bite. Although everything was hot, nice and fresh, I was slightly underwhelmed. Portion sizes were much smaller than I remember. The steak was quite moist and properly cooked but the meat, onions and peppers were somewhat bland and the rice was less than stellar. The chicken was okay and a bit dry. I guess we've kind of spoiled ourselves with the fajitas we make ourselves at home. Having said all this, we ate almost everything. It was tasty but just not what I remembered from all those years ago. I can't comment on dessert or alcoholic drinks as we didn't partake.
The bill was about $120, including gratuity. In my opinion, the meal was overpriced. I know the price of food and labour has increased but I'm not really sure about value for money spent for our visit. As I stated earlier, I can't complain, in any way, about the service from Twilight and the rest of the staff or the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ate in the dining room as it was too warm and humid (for us) to eat outside.
Although I rated the food with three stars, three and a half stars would be my preferred rating.
Did I enjoy my birthday dinner? Yes I did but I'm on the fence on deciding if I'll return any time soon.

Went to Lonestar on Saturday night first time being there was so looking forward to it when I received our food it was horrible undercooked our nachos look like they were made with cheese whiz, worst experience ever, but would like to mention that our server was fantastic. She did a good job. It’s not her fault I would never ever go to that place again or recommended to anyone ever

I had the avocado salad with grilled chicken in a taco bowl! Not on the menu but they made it for me anyway. 10/10. This place was incredible! The staff were amazing. Very impressed, will definitely be eating here again.

I have been meaning to write this down as this was 2 months back and I keep forgetting but I feel that it’s still worth sharing the great experience we had. we had a server who goes by Boots, she served our very big table for my friends birthday we must’ve been around 10 to 12 at the table, and boots gave the best service I could ask for, she was always making sure our drinks were full and asked us if we were doing ok constantly, she gave great recommendations about drinks and food and was super happy the whole way. She was also running other tables and was super cheerful even tho she had a lot going on. Food was amazing and loved the recommendation she gave me, will definitely be back for more.
Our server Tennessee was amazing. So sweet, always smiling, and the food was so good!

Service was great, but the avacado salad was disappointing. All Lettuce, 3 little tomato pieces, some shredded radishes....that's it. Very dull, and not worth the money.
