Very tough meat.
Chicken soo guy and crispy beef weren't crispy, very tough, stringy, not something you can swallow.
Both dishes have similar tasting sauce and not are not spicy.
Chicken Soo guy was very dried out on the outside and dry and tough inside.
Not edible.
Chicken wings, not breaded, battered nor seasoned, no salt, pepper, nothing.
Plain chicken right out of the package, overly deep fried so it has that strong, gamey chicken scent.
Egg rolls, egg foo young were good, fresh and savory.

Last 3 times I ordered the food is not as good as it use to be. Something has changed in the quality. Need to try somewhere else.

it was my first time there. The egg rolls were dark brown and very oily like they had been reheated one too many times and the plum sauce was watered down, the fried rice taste burnt and i found burned bit in it (like not enough oil was used to reheated it, or the wok wasnt shaken enough) and chicken soguy was good but it gave me massive heartburn. I barely slept that night and took double medication to finally find relief. Chinese food has never done this to me before. Maybe it was an off night and I am sorry to leave a bad review but if you don't know your mistakes you don't improve.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Not only was our food really good and reasonably priced, it was delivered piping hot fifteen minutes after we ordered it. Granted we do live close by and they do their own deliveries. The hot and sour soup, Cantonese chow mein and the beef with black bean sauce are favourites with us. This place never disappoints.Yes, it might seem pricy but you get enough leftovers for a second meal so it’s actually good value.

Best Chinese restaurant ever
This has been my go to restaurant ever since I moved into this area always good and fresh and the people are always friendly .I recommend them very much five stars
My husband and I love ordering from this place. Food always arrives quickly (we do live pretty close though), very warm and super tasty. Everything is truly cooked to perfection in our experience. It is a little pricey but I find chinese food usually is for buying multiple dishes. We love the cantonese chow mein, the egg rolls and the lemon chicken especially. Truly the best cantonese chow mein I’ve ever had and loaded with lots of meat and veggies. Their egg rolls are very good too!

I called at 4:20 to gave my order for delivery. The lady mentioned they were busy and I asked if I would get it at 6pm and was told it should not be a problem. I called back at 6:10 and was informed by the same lady that my order was up next to be prepared. I confirmed: So after 1 hour 40 minutes of my initial call they had not even started my order? Her answer, Yep, do you still want it? What poor customer service, not even an apology. Like a had a choice with people waiting to eat. Therefore, I drove there to get my $175 order. This is not the first time, why would they not inform people, plain and simple, we can give no guarantee of the time tonight. I think Lucky Star feels like they have enough clients that they do not care. I have heard of at least two great Chinese take-outs in Orleans and will certainly give them a try.

Bought take out here many times over many years. Tasty and o.k. but it seems to be getting sweeter and sweeter. More people who are watching their sugar in take should be aware. (Diabetics)

Food was mid and over priced. General Tao was too salty, fried rice lacked flavour, chicken balls were stale. All around unimpressed and I don’t recommend eating
