I’ve ordered from here many times and the food is always good but the last time they didn’t even fill the containers fully. We basically got half the amount of food compared to what it used to be. Don’t know if they just didn’t fill ours properly or if they changed their system but it’s disappointing when it’s over 20$ for Mac and cheese.

Their classic Mac and cheese has chunks of peppers, onions and what looks like tomatoes. Not exactly what you expect to receive since they aren't listed in whats in the mac and cheese!

I placed an order with uber for the chicken fingers & fries, the 4 cheese mac and cheese, and the taco one. I didn’t receive my taco one. The fries were hard and burnt. The chicken was rubbery and had a weird taste. I am so sad because I was looking forward to trying this because I love mac and cheese. I feel like the put 0 effort in preparing the food - tastes old and stale.

Got through Uber eats. Very disappointed. Sauce was bland need much more flavour. Noodles were overcooked and fell apart. Would not recommend sadly.

This is the 2nd time ordering from Mac'd Out and both times the food was great. Serving size is perfect for leftovers the next day. Ordered the St Albert's and Buffalo Mac and Cheese.

Mac and cheese was very bland. It was very mushy as well, like it had stood in water too long. Extremely disappointed. Put two stars because the chicken fingers were good.
Had a craving for Mac & Cheese tonight. Built my own with St. Albert's cheese curds and shrimp. Pasta was perfect topping was perfect, portion size ensures that I have lunch tomorrow. Very reasonably priced. Good job10/10.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about the mac & cheese but I want to say that I've had nothing but good experiences the 4 times I've ordered from here. Is it the most flavorful cheese sauce? No, it isn't. But it's still one of the best mac and cheese spots I've found in town and the portion size is very generous considering the price. If you're just looking for something to fill a craving, this will do.
