everything was great, best ice cream, most definitely the best customer service i’ve ever seen, no extra charge for toppings!. Just maybe not situated in the right spot since it’s very hidden compared to the other stores! definitely recommend and this guy needs more customers, he deserves it!!

Google showed the shop closes at 22:00. I arrived at 20:55, but the staff seemed unhappy. He told me not to come at 20:55 again (though there definitely won’t be a "next time") because they close at 21:00 in winter. I bought two regular cones, and I’ve never seen ice cream served in such shapeless lumps on a cone instead of proper scoops. The taste matched the appearance—tasteless and poor quality. Even the cone had a rancid flavor. $20 wasted.

I have a great love for cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles and marble slab is the best place so far that makes it. It’s tasty fresh an enjoyable in every bite. Chen the owner is amazing. He is always nice and has always been friendly. This so far is one of my favourite place in Orléans ever since I moved there.

Update: we visited today and had Chen serve us. He was so extremely nice and friendly! I had white chocolate ice cream mixed with mango ice cream with gummy bears and raspberry jam. It was so delicious.
I had the strawberry ? extreme with gummy bears ? and white chocolate chips.

We visited this location on a busy summer night and received wonderful assistance from Madison! My partner wanted a flavour that was not currently in stock, and Madison took the time to suggest alternatives which would be similar to the flavour we wanted. This small, yet significant interaction truly made our night better, and we are so appreciative of the time Madison took out of her busy night to help us have an excellent experience at this Marble Slab!
