Worst McDonald's in Ottawa (even with Rideau St open again!). Drive thru service is slow, curbside ordering takes 15-20 minutes, and counter orders are usually wrong/late. Recommend you go to the St Joseph location instead

I ordered two no-cheese muffins at drive-through. They gave me the cheese ones instead. Found out about this after getting home when it was too late. Even the order slip clearly says no cheese muffin.

The night shift has like 5 people working which I’ve never seen at a McDonald’s usually I see only 2-3 and yet they still couldn’t figure there system out. We were waiting for 20 minutes and they couldn’t figure it out. That’s ridiculous it shouldn’t take that long or atleast they should’ve told us this before waiting in line

I used to stop at tim hortons on my lunches or with my kids but the lines there are long, my orders are wrong and the staff are rude. I shouldn't have to deal with staff that have an attitude with me before I even order. And for all the times I've been.. Its not my fault my sandwich is burnt, it's not my fault you forgot to give me part of my order.. sorry I asked you for my donut. Sorry my kids wont eat a burnt sandwich and sorry Im not leaving yet you forgot my drink... no I still cant leave,you forgot my timbits.. sorry the last 4 times you told me to leave before I had everything so I cant leave yet I have to check.. lol Now specifically this McDonalds. Ive never had to worry about it. Very very rare but there's been a time or 2 where my orders needed a correction but I don't have to worry who's going to be in the drive thru. And who's attitude I have to deal with. Its simple fix, no side of attitude. Very respectful I would let them mess up my order any day lol Every experience with this McDonalds is simple and sweet. Grabbing a coffee on your break or on your way to work? Stop here

I am extremely disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a Spicy McVeggie Burger, but McDonald’s sent me a chicken sandwich instead. This is completely unacceptable — I am a vegetarian, and receiving meat is not just a small mistake, it’s a serious issue.
I paid for something I didn’t receive, and now my food is wasted. Very frustrating and careless service. Please be more attentive with orders, especially when it comes to dietary preferences.

I'm so disappointed in this location. Their pop machine clearly has something wrong with is. It's been reported to staff dozens of times and yet nothing changes. I avoid the location for this reason which is super inconvenient
