Always enjoy the McDonald’s breakfast menu especially the coffee but always am disappointed by quality of service and this location is sadly no different: drive through orders are almost always incorrect or missing something that requires parking and going into the store: wrong food item, missing food item, missing napkins, missing straw. I don’t know why it is difficult for drive through orders to be filled without error. But this is a problem I see happening everywhere. I’ve come to this location 3 times this week and each time there is some kind of error in the drive through order. Drive through service is really going downhill at this location: wait times, incorrect orders, fries placed in bag upside down and so fall out into the bag, lots to fix at this location. Come on guys.

Ordered curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes in the car with a hangry child and eventually went inside to check since no one ever came. The food was sitting on the counter with zero acknowledgement from the staff that they had neglected to bring it out to us, even when asked. Because it sat for so long, it wasn’t hot anymore. Not a $30+ well spent.
