Decent franchise, nothing out of the ordinary, last time their smoothie machine was broken
We went to the drive through on Sunday Sep 14/ 2025. It took 18 minutes for us to get our food and the explanation from the manager was that they only had one person to assist her. She was very polite. However, 18 minutes wait for a Sunday morning that was not busy at all is not acceptable.

One of the few left with a play place. The table service was slow, so we needed up getting it ourselves but they were busy so no problem.

I order coffee there very Saturday. This location is very spotless. Table is clean. The floor is clean. A guy work there doing the cleaning non-stop. Parking is difficult, due to the narrow space between parking space. Also the customer to the next store Quick Pick also park there.

Courteous staff but the place needs to do something about the bathrooms as they are very dirty all of the time. I recently stopped going there was the music was too loud and annoying.

They are rude and doesn’t concentrate on Guests. Waited for 15 mins to get my order and they kept serving others. Have to ask for Ketchup with Fries - This is a industry standard that you ask Ketchup with take out orders

I was wrong, same old crap going on here, after coming back to this location as a customer ,I left a positive review below, it seemed like they had stepped things up and made changes to be a better business, but only 5 days later. Same crap.
Took 15 minutes to get 2 decaf coffee. Said they had one but needed to make a pot for another. I asked not to have one cold and old coffee but two fresh ones, and that didn't happen. We had to decide who gets the cold and who gets the hot one.
After making someone wait 15 minutes, which it doesn't take that long for a pot to brew, you would think you would give your customers two fresh coffees.
But no, you you give us an old cold one.
Below is what I had to say, but I'll go back to why I stopped coming to this location.
Undependable service, and management that doesn't make it right.
Here was the positive I had to say, but nothing changes it seems.
This location has really done a good job of getting better. It was a struggle to not leave frustrated for so long I stopped going.
But I've recently come back and I'm happy with the changes.
Quick service, good attitudes and hot coffee.

So dirty. We had no room for our feet under a table because of the amount of the garbage. Was alone with 2 preschoolers and thought it would be a fun dinner. They brought the food but no drinks, so then I had to pack up the kids and our food, go back to the counter to ask for the drinks. Then get a new table and new high chairs as our other table became occupied. Will not be back.

Not a knock on this location per se but McDonald's has gotten way too expensive for what it is. They've removed extra value meals (basically only value meals on expensive sandwiches), taken away salads and they no longer offer free refills on drinks when dinning in! Hope the pennies they saved were worth it, I definitely won't be bringing the kids back anytime soon.

Specifically this location I’ve had problems with items being missing from my order when they can CLEARLY see my receipt I’m actually pissed off.

INCOMPETENCE. Placed a curbside pickup order. There were a few cars in the drive thru. 20 minutes later our food had not arrived.
Went in to check on it. Had to call out twice for service because some staff decided to ignore us.
They were just starting to put it together then. This store needs a competent manager to be making sure orders are being completed on time.
This isn't the first time it has taken 2 minutes to get our food.
They clearly are monitoring how long it takes for an order to be completed and the staff are cheating the system. They mark the order as ready so that it doesn't show up as being grossly late.
I also thoroughly check my food every time because they often miss items.
