So dirty. We had no room for our feet under a table because of the amount of the garbage. Was alone with 2 preschoolers and thought it would be a fun dinner. They brought the food but no drinks, so then I had to pack up the kids and our food, go back to the counter to ask for the drinks. Then get a new table and new high chairs as our other table became occupied. Will not be back.

Not a knock on this location per se but McDonald's has gotten way too expensive for what it is. They've removed extra value meals (basically only value meals on expensive sandwiches), taken away salads and they no longer offer free refills on drinks when dinning in! Hope the pennies they saved were worth it, I definitely won't be bringing the kids back anytime soon.

Specifically this location I’ve had problems with items being missing from my order when they can CLEARLY see my receipt I’m actually pissed off.

INCOMPETENCE. Placed a curbside pickup order. There were a few cars in the drive thru. 20 minutes later our food had not arrived.
Went in to check on it. Had to call out twice for service because some staff decided to ignore us.
They were just starting to put it together then. This store needs a competent manager to be making sure orders are being completed on time.
This isn't the first time it has taken 2 minutes to get our food.
They clearly are monitoring how long it takes for an order to be completed and the staff are cheating the system. They mark the order as ready so that it doesn't show up as being grossly late.
I also thoroughly check my food every time because they often miss items.

We went through the drive through. Ordered a Diet Coke without ice. Got to the second window, they handed the drink with ice. I said “We asked for no ice” - she says “The receipt doesn’t say that” and tells us we must move our cars to the waiting parking spot #1. We waited another 5 minutes in the spot for our drink. I think we were just punished for asking for no ice 😂
Wife waited 20 in drove-thru for 2 Happy Meals and a MC Double (Not Kidding). She got home and nuggets were left out 1 of 2 happy meals. This is Halloween night and kids are in a rush to go out.
I race back speak to the manager on duty, I get a quick we will make you 6 nuggets and a fry, No apologies, no sorry for make my you have to drive back, No refund.
To top it off I had to wait exactly 19 minutes (Yes I checked the ticket time) for my replacement meal.
It would've been longer if I didn't track down one of the girls saying I need my food now.
This establishment is poorly run, I always try to give great honest reviews, unfortunately this is one of the very few negative reviews I have.
Being someone who worked in a hog volume restaurant establishment as a Manager in my younger years, I would've never handled the situation that poorly. I seriously felt like "we got your money, who's next"?
That's my feedback, I'm sorry but that's the feed back they earned.
