No free refills? Really McDonalds? You keep raising your prices and reducing portions and now you stop offering refills that cost pennies. People need to wake up and stop supporting these greedy corporations.

If you don’t want to pay or order at the counter than you’re golden (like their fries ?)They’re very fast, 98% accurate and my boys like the little playground. Pretty good

Nice staff except Kimberly ,(tough and rude),as we sitting at the kids area,she came to us to blame us that we didn't leave the place in a very rude way (almost kicked us outside) after we left coming back to take the rest of our stuff we found out that she locked the area door from outside without telling us .. our kids were so scared, thankfully my other friend was inside so she opened for us.This is really unprofessional way dealing with customers especially clients with kidsWho could be locked inside without knowing!!! Be aware!

one of their workers spilled a milkshake in my moms car. and all over the outside. she showed no remorse at all. the manager came and helped but her car is still dirty and smelling like milk.

Honestly this McDonald's always disappoints me. The managers are usually great at fixing their staff's mistakes, but nearly every time I've order from here, the order is wrong! At the drive-thru, the CSR's have terrible customer service. They're always moody, and I get it. It's fast food. But still, it sucks to talk to someone who's unhappy af.

It's a McDonald's so you know the food here cause it taste exactly like the other one, but this place has got my order wrong a couple of time and has made me wait in the drive thru for at least 30min so wouldn't say it's fast food.

Do not go to this Orleans location unless you have time to burn if they forget about your order. This is the second time I’ve gone here and waited a more than normal amount of time for McDonald’s, and had to ask where my food was as I noticed the 4 people who ordered well after me were getting their food. It turns out, the first time they forgot about my order and the second time someone was trying to find my burger… I had to ask multiple employees for help before getting it. The first one just said “IDK” without relaying to her coworkers to ask about the food. The next employee who came close to the counter actually asked their coworkers when I asked if my order was ready because it had been 18min if waiting.

Was okay minus the play place is for 3 and under which I find quite unfair to any kids who are older than 3 considering play places in McDonald's used to be for all ages minus adultsKid-friendliness: It needs to be more kid friendly not just babies
