Remember when McDonald’s used to be fun? Now it’s depressing and the food quality has dropped with it. The service was dismal. There seemed to be only two employees filling two orders which took 10 minutes all while ignoring waiting customers at the counter.

Staff multiple times were watching TikTok’s instead of working (food was in bag and just needed to be handed to me). Place was a mess. Forgot parts of the order after waiting so long.

The Dining room is usually filthy, the machines where you place your order are often out of paper. The place is usually understaffed so you have to wait a LONG TIME for your order. Dirty and worst I've been in. Garbage overflowing, floors and tables dirty. No paper in self serve printer so don't know what my order is. No table numbers so can't do table service. Garbage and supplies stored in corner of restaurant. **Blocking fire exit again** (reported to City)
Slow. Dirty and expensive for crap. Clearly management have given up or just don't care as people just accept it when at Walmart. After 15 mins asked for a refund and left.

The guy behind the counter was spending most of his time flirting and joking around with the female Walmart staff in line instead of doing his job. The place seemed dirty and understaffed. This used to be my favorite McDonald's, but now it's a mess.

Well my meal was sitting on the countertop and I don't know they was no number showed cause I had table service. I asked the guy to redo it cause it was cold my food and he redid it and then my fries were still cold. I went to fill my cup up and all the liquids tasted bad and sucked. So please clean this up and if u have table service then take it to the table.

I asked one of the employee if he is going to take my order and he told me to order at the kiosk, I told him that I’m paying cash and he said that I have to wait after another 3 minutes of waiting I decided to leave.
