Worst service ever. I've ordered myself a meal & got table service, Talk about no customer service, the lady completely ignored me... My meal tasted awful and was completely gross 🤢.. I couldn't even finish my meal, as I just felt sick to my stomach. I won't be going back to your McDonalds anymore... I even used my points to redeem my meal..

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The service was awful and not only did it take them over fifteen minutes to make a coffee, I didn’t even get it. I was on break for fifteen minutes and went to McDonalds right beside my work for a coffee. I warned her when my break was almost done and the lady did nothing. Not only did I have to go I also waisted my money and left empty handed. To add on, no one else was being served during this time and she wasn’t rushed or seem to understand the morning rush at all. The only thing she was doing was walking around slowly doing useless task when there were people to serve even after she was warned

Super slow service, every food item is old, dry and cold at noon. Fries overcooked. And the condiments, napkins straws and ketchup never refilled. Staff don't seem to care.

Prince made 4 mistakes on my order without saying any sorry. The most unacceptable mistake he made. He put unboxing dirty and disgusting happy meal toy in a paper bag with all the food together! NO Parents will take that happy meal when they see the dirty toy! When I talk to him, he admits all the mistakes that he made but still no sorry from him. So I ask him, with all the mistakes that he made, does he think he right? Then he starts to apologize!!! With his bad attitude, I told him I will write a bad review for him. I shop at Walmart every week, and always eats here after shopping! I won’t eat this location anymore!!!

My child's box broke and her nuggets spilt. I asked if they can replace the nuggets and the manager told the sweet server not to replace them, that once they leave the counter it's not their problem. I shouldn't be hearing that conversation. I would understand if I left the store, but I was in the restaurant. DHARM was the rude manager.

Remember when McDonald’s used to be fun? Now it’s depressing and the food quality has dropped with it. The service was dismal. There seemed to be only two employees filling two orders which took 10 minutes all while ignoring waiting customers at the counter.

0% fast in this fast food experience. Uninterested staff eating icecream while taking my order. 20 mins for a small order. Staff multiple times were watching TikTok’s instead of working (food was in bag and just needed to be handed to me). Place was a mess. Forgot parts of the order after waiting so long.
