So yummy! I walked out of the firehouse subs because they only had meat options, and I'm happy I did. A bit pricey but maybe it's they get more business they can charge less. They deserve it. Staff went above and beyond. ?

Tasty Ottawa-style pizza. The regular crust was fantastic. All the toppings were under the cheese and their homemade garlic dipping sauce is the so fresh. Wings were crispy, sauced well with our requested mixed honey hot. Well sized wings, but we only received about seven of them. Wish they were smaller wings but more of them.I ordered directly and the delivery person was so nice. I will order from here again, I will just ask for the thin crust to be well done next time as it was a little soft, so just needed to be cooked for a minute or two more as the crust was sticking to the box.

Cheap ingredients and horrible customer service.They use old canned olives that taste disgusting, nobody could eat the pizza because it was too bad of a taste. When I called to ask about it they told me they're not expired so they tried to refuse me a refund even though the $70 worth of pizzas we ordered was untouched since nobody wanted to eat it.I've had the same pizza with olives at other milanos locations that were not canned and tasted normal so it's this specific store that has this issue. We absolutely will not be ordering here again
Absolutely disgusting. Ordered lasagna. It was so grose. Tomato sauce from a can with a cut up meatball that was over cooked in the microwave and half of the tray was full of the water from the noodles. Milano should be ashamed to send something like this to a customer. Will never order from here again.

Vegans beware!! I love their oh sweet vegan pizza, but when I've order the vegan garlic dipping sauce I've twice gotten regular garlic sauce and have been very sick from it as I only eat vegan. Good food but the employees are careless about dietary restrictions. This is now the third time and I caught it before eating and had to call in to ask. Admittedly they made another error. You gotta do better. I love ordering from here but won't be in the future as I will not be risking an entire night sick in the washroom. :(
