Wow! The bueno flavour was perfect. But the chocolate Bueno was next level. We had no idea it was a loukoumades bar, and we're just interested in the name. It was well worth stopping in for and even got to try a sample to ensure they were light and fluffy. We ordered 6 and would go back for more next time we are in Ottawa!

Mr. Puffs is such a fun spot for a sweet treat! The puffs are always warm, crispy on the outside, and soft inside — especially good with the chocolate or hazelnut drizzle. It’s a bit messy but totally worth it. Great place to satisfy your dessert cravings! 🍩✨

new management?? it got even worse. worker was incredibly rude for no reason. on top of that, we ordered mint lemonade and they forgot the lemon somehow. tasted like water. worker had to fix it after we complained. please get better workers

I visited this place yesterday, and had the black forest mount Olympus with five puffs, it was so delicious! The puffs were hot inside and crispy outside, combined with the syrup and ice-cream, it was a perfect treat! The shop is not big but very clean, and has a dine in area. Service was great, staff was very friendly and efficient. I can't wait to try other flavors next time 😋

So happy they reopened in Orleans! There are many delicious flavours to try. I recommend them with their soft serve. Sometimes they are fresher than other times, they are best when they are still hot.

After ordering our coffees, we asked for the Wi-Fi password. The girl responded rudely, claiming they had Wi-Fi, even though I could clearly see a guest password.
