Tonight was my first time at this restaurant and it was a horrible experience. The manager who served me was extremely rude and not helpful when I asked questions about the menu. He gave additude when I asked how the combo's work and prepared my food hastfully. I told him it was my first time here and he spoke to me with an additude. To make matters worse the quesadillas I ordered were horrible with very little filling and the muncho fries were nothing like it was advertised. I am very disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant but the service, price and quality of food is all bad. Definitely won't recommend it.
Clean atmosphere, food readily available. When we went in this evening there was one guy working with a trainee. The more tenured employee was fast, efficient, apologetic and focused on all tasks. He made the experience 10/10. We had come from Chipolte, where they had many staff a dirty dining room, no veggies and no rice. Give the gentleman working this evening a raise!
So I’ve been coming here quite a few times as it became easily one of my favourite spots to get a burrito bowl. My boyfriend usually always gets a quesadilla no matter where we go whether it’s Quesada chipotle etc he always gets the same thing. Anyways we went in yesterday after ordered what we usually do and when it came to my boyfriends order he was trying to pick what to put in his quesadilla which he had done before here and this time my boyfriend wanted rice on it and the guy straight up shook his finger and said no like ok? I guess no rice for us lol then he wanted corn on it and the guy explained the only thing that comes on a quesadilla is jalapeño and cilantro so my boyfriends like ok well I don’t like either of those can I get corn and pico instead and the guy once again shook his finger and told him no cannot do that it won’t fold too soggy. Excuse you? I asked the guy so you all of the sudden charge extra for ingredients on a quesadilla when you charge the same price for a burrito and I’m barely getting anything on the quesadilla that I actually like and he’s like yes we charge 25 cents extra per ingredient. Why not give the OPTION of 2 ingredients instead of choosing what comes on it. A lot of people have the gene where cilantro taste like soap and there’s a lot of people who don’t like jalapeñ9 so very odd to not atleast offer options. We watched the guy behind us order the same thing and try as well to get rice on it and once again, the guy shook his finger and said it won’t fold that he can’t do it and the guy was like I like mine soggy like it’s fine and the guy kept telling him no It won’t fold. Customer service not great and in my opinion if the owners are being stingy about ingredients, you probably shouldn’t be running a completely customizable burrito place if you can’t customize it maybe a different style works better. Also I’ll throw in the fact majority of the sides they have take a while to get to you. Ordered the fiesta fries took 10 minutes we were already done eating by the time they got there. Overall probably won’t go there as I don’t wanna pay the same price for a burrito and barely get anything on it and have to pay extra to get my boyfriend what he wants after working 13 hours.
Still my favorite traditionsl Mexican place in Orleans.
I have picked food up here on a few occasions. It has always been fresh and delicious. The servers are some of the most pleasant that I have dealt with. I will be back.
Shrinkflation or just greed? The food was average, the price and portions were insulting.
Man wearing no name tag (non of the employees were) gave me like NOTHING for a freaking 17.50 burrito bowl, like I’m talking this man was sprinkling ingredients in, RIDICULOUS, not coming again for that kind of service.
So clean! The guy serving my partner and I was really nice too

I’ve visited this location twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The portions of meat are noticeably smaller than advertised on the menu, which feels like poor value for the money. On my first visit, I didn’t even receive napkins, and on my second visit, I had to specifically request extra napkins—basic things that should be standard.
It seems like this location is focused on cutting costs, which unfortunately impacts the quality and customer experience. This kind of service doesn’t justify the price.
Fortunately, more Mexican food options are opening in Orléans, so I’ll be exploring those instead. Overall, not worth it.

The food is ok, but the service has something left to be desired. Not a very friendly bunch. Chipotle is opening soon very near and I suspect Mucho Burrito isn't going to last long.
Vegetarian options: Occasionally they have vegetarian options, but often they are out of stock. I'm getting tired of going there and they never have stuff in stock that I buy. They are going to lose business to Chipotle when they open very soon. And they discontinued thier best sauce, the Cilantro-Lime dressing.

I love this restaurant. I’m a regular here but whenever there is the guy with the big beard that works, he ignore me for 15 minutes purposely and scrubs in front of me when I’m waiting and waiting. The only people that I want to recognize for doing an amazing job and give great customer service is the young kid and the lady with glasses who are really sweet and enjoy what they do. The other guys are really rude and avoiding and it’s slowly making me feel unwelcome. I don’t want to have to tell my friends and colleagues about how people that work there treat customers. They really have to do better.

The men that work there are very rude and very slow with service! I literally stood there for almost 10 mins just waiting for them to take my order and there was no one there but me! Im a regular there and this always happens! There is one lady that works there that’s actually very nice and decent. Unlike the rest of them.

I used to love their nachos. But recently went and it’s no longer a big plate but a small bowl (probably half the size) and at the same price. They also do not melt the cheese anymore and only use queso?? Extremely disappointed in this “new” nachos… wonder if management changed.

Too expensive for what you get. $30 for 2 pork burritos? Really? I don't get veggies so I was asked if I wanted more rice. I said no but I'll have some cheese sauce. Didn't tell me it was an extra $1.25 for it. Only found out when I got my receipt and noticed the charge as I was walking out. Won't be going back.
Also, it seems the Uber Eats drivers get priority, not the customers who got up off their butts to go to the location to wait in line for 15 minutes while watching the drivers jump the queue, pulling staff away from preparing your order to get the Uber order. See ya!
