Clean atmosphere, food readily available. When we went in this evening there was one guy working with a trainee. The more tenured employee was fast, efficient, apologetic and focused on all tasks. He made the experience 10/10. We had come from Chipolte, where they had many staff a dirty dining room, no veggies and no rice. Give the gentleman working this evening a raise!

Tried the crispy chicken for the first time. An extra 6-7 minutes. Was it worth the wait? Ya. Worth the extra $1? Well I guess that depends on how much you want crispy chicken... My go to here is the chorizo, which is more flavorful imo. The crispy chicken in a burrito was definitely a solid choice. They staff were also very friendly

They ran out of rice so I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it to cook. Their website listed items that were not available in reality such as cilantro lime rice, sasla teresa, spicy sauce, and even wanted to charge for hot sauce. My favorite Mucho location in Barrhaven is much better.
Also, of the three bowls we ordered, two were lacking in substance, almost half empty. Disappointing as I really like the product and franchise.
Servers were friendly though and...
