Reason for the star is they suck at Skip a dish, my suggestion GET RID OF IT!!!! you always cancel my order and the money gets stuck in skip! i hate you just for that!!

The food is great but I was really disappointed that they didn’t wear gloves. The person making my food thought it was to eat there so it was overfull with fries which I appreciate but when I mentioned it was to go she used her bare hands to shove all the fries in to the box… I don’t know where the associates hands have been…just grossed me out!

I ordered the poutine and I got explosive from the rear. Thank goodness the toilets are near the food court.

Went there today. I went to refill my cup of pop. I opened it up and it was FULL of black mold. I wanted to know if it was the cup or the machine so he filled another cup and same thing. Full of mold. They refunded me for the pop. Kept serving people moldy pop and so I told place D’Orleans customer service and they made them put an out of order sign!! Unbelievable that the would keep selling it. I feel disgusted that I drank a whole cup of mold. Stay away from their pop. They don’t clean it.

New York Fries has become a "go to" with the fam when we are at the mall. Particularly this location, fries have always been pipping hot and fresh. Large/family size fry with vinegar and a side a gravy hits all the spots!

Was very hesitant at first but then I said let’s give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Great poutine and great customer service. Will definitely try out there different poutines next time.
