I took an elderly aunt to Occo's for lunch. The two young staff members were polite, helpful and fun. They knew to place us near the door so she didn't need to walk too far. They were super busy but they gave time to everyone. Well done, you were exemplary today. A pleasure to eat there! The food was good too, the heritage salad is amazing with a variety of unusual vegetables, fish tacos were great.

Disappointing. Luke warm food and an unfortunate attitude from the supervisor who spent more time trying to argue about our attitude towards her than sorting the problem out. We were offered free pudding, we declined and accepted a discount. We won't be back.

We politely asked for it to stop and the vacuum was traded for a dust-buster which was just as bad. Was not possible to talk to the person I was eating with because of the vacuum background noise. This was about 1-1.5 hours before closing.
When you spend good money to eat out you expect to be able to have a conversation with the people at your table and for staff to not start cleaning up like that while guests are still eating if its not past closing time.
