My experience at Pak India Restaurant was disappointing. The food lacked taste and flavor, which was surprising given the type of cuisine. In addition, the customer service was poor. Overall, the combination of tasteless food and lack of customer service made this visit unsatisfactory. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

My colleagues and I recently had a company lunch at Pak India Restaurant in Orléans and were very disappointed with our experience, especially given we spent $181.
The dal makhni was not authentic — it appeared to be made with moth beans rather than the traditional black lentils. The paneer makhni was only mediocre. The tandoori roti was fine, but the naan was undercooked and seemed like it may have been previously frozen. The chai was poorly prepared and tasted unusual.
On top of the food quality issues, the owner’s behaviour lacked basic courtesy and customer service, and there was no acknowledgment or resolution offered when we raised our concerns.
Overall, this visit detracted from our Christmas lunch and did not reflect the quality we expected. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant.

We recently visited this Indian restaurant and were served by MZ, who was really friendly and made our experience very pleasant. The overall vibe was nice and we enjoyed our time there.
We ordered Chicken Korma with naan and Samosa Chaat. The Samosa Chaat was absolutely bomb — full of flavour and definitely the highlight of our meal. The Chicken Korma tasted good, but the portion size felt too small for the price, which was a bit disappointing.
Other than the portion issue, everything else was great. We had a nice experience overall!
