We ordered Pita Pit through Uber as we often do due to my conditions and allergies but unfortunately this is the second time they make mistakes.
This time we ordered a rice bowl and instead of letting us know prior, they sent us the order without rice and just wrote on the bag: sorry no more rice.
That is not acceptable. You shouldn't be charging us the meal in this case.
Very unproffesionnal and we will not be ordering there again.

The manager is the rudest I've ever seen. She is very unprofessional. She's very rude. I don't recommend anyone goint to the ogilvie location. If you want pita pit go to inness road instead. They are more courteous then this store. This store also overcharge I pay at that store 24.25 for my meal. And for the pita pit on inness rd is 22.00 for the same meal. The last time I was at that store. Pita bread for 1 from a rice bowl and they keep arguing. Staff called the manager she yells at me so I told her your not professional.. I hate this place if I could I would not rate it 1 star but 0 star at that pita pit.

Excellent service and cleanliness. Without me asking, they asked if I was celiac or gluten-intolerant without exasperation or making me feel bad. Their gluten wrap was delicious toasted. Def recommend if you need a gluten free diet.
