This location more often than not is a complete miss. Always ends up coming out super thin and over cooked. The photo attached is of a pepperoni pizza from this evening. As you can tell, it’s overcooked and thin as per usual. Very disappointing.

I just moved here decided to order Pizza Hut from my birthday yesterday March 1st I paid $62 it was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Pizza is my favorite food I was so disappointed and really upset they didn't put the garlic sauce on the crust like they do for stuffed crust and I paid a extra dollars for that the garlic sticks were Rock Solid we couldn't even bite into it they were disgusting and the favorite thing at a pizza place for me is the Garlic sticks. The pizza wasn't cooked at all the dough wasn't cooked at all we actually had to throw the entire Pizza out that's how bad it was. I never throw Pizza out like I said it's my favorite food so we are not very pleased at all for that amount of money and how awful it tasted and how we couldn't even eat it that's $62 down the drain. It was soaked in oil so imagine that and the donut being cooked it was awful there is no taste to it again very disappointed... 🥺

Absolutely the worst pizza location in the city!! have had a wait over 3 + hours a few weeks ago, made the mistake by giving them any other chance, ordered pizza at 5:30 , was delivered the wrong pizzas at 6:30 , remakes didn't come until 8:30. How could you possibly run any business with such low standards and service. Offered 2 free dipping sauces as an apology. What an absolute joke. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID AT ALLL COSTS!

I used to love Pizza Hut. But whoever is running this company should be ashamed. I just spent $50 on 2 pizzas and I don’t know if they are trying to save money but there was hardly any sauce on the pizza. I basically had to pull up the cheese to check if there was any at all. There was a tiny bit but so little it may as well have been none at all. I have been disappointed consistently for years now and this will be the last time they get my business. RIP Pizza Hut.

I thought pizza hut had gone downhill, but it is just this location. I have ordered from other locations in the city and they are much better. They are very stingy with the toppings/butter crust, have very poor customer service and are very slow. It is too bad because I would otherwise order here all of the time.

Ordered pizza on Oct 31st...took 3 hours to be delivered. It was coldwhen arrived delivery driver told me to call store and said i had to accept pizza regardless...I had been doing that all night and they didnt answer. My conpant had to leave before it arrived. Contacted head office online, no response from them either.

Horrible customer service. They dont value customers. If they screw up, they brush you off. Ordered cookies and brownies, and they were out of cookies. I asked for my money back on that and they, 3 times on the phone, said it was processing. Never again

We get pizza hut here on average every 3 weeks, this locations under cooks there pizzas so best thing to do is to preheat your over at home to finalize the cook, unless you like near raw dough.
