bad restaurent i do order using uber east app and when i arrive i find out that they accept my order and close after that so i lose my money and my time for nothing 0/10

I dunno if these guys are bringing pizza pizza back or what but I popped in, got a slice (meatlover) popped in the oven, honestly looked so good. Doubled down, took the last two, gent at counter was super polite and professional. Two meat lover slices, garlic dip, and a bottle of pop - watching him ring it up I was like oh man - expecting like 27 bucks in backwards land 2024 ….. it was like 15 bucks. He warmed it up without asking, bottom was cripsy, tables were clean, used the washroom - also clean. Had him hit it with the chili flakes and everything - OLD SCHOOL PROPER PIZZA PIZZA RE JOINED THE GAME? I will be ordering a pizza shortly to confirm…

Didn't think I would like it and as I hadn't had it in years. My girls had it at a play date and started requesting it. So I took them out for slices and we all enjoyed. Been coming back for more pick ups and the service is so great (which isn't easy to find these days) and the establishment is so clean.

This Pizza Pizza is awesome! The facility is really clean and tidy, smells delicious, and is well stocked. Service was super friendly and professional and food was delicious. Thanks so much for a yummy lunch!
Dietary restrictions: They have plant based cheese for their pizzas and plant "chicken" nuggets as well! Oh and plant based pepperoni. Really they have upped their game for this!

Guy was nice enough and kind, but the skimping on cheese is getting ridiculous. Two double xl pepperoni and the slices aren't even covered with the illusion of cheese. Just dough and tomato sauce on half the slices. Done with this place.

Delivery guy was telling me to tip, wouldn't let me hold the machine. At first wouldn't let me pick option 4 for tip till I told him my financial situation and that I could give him a tip, but not a big big one. Had a look of disappointment on his face when I told him how much I could give. I was told I'd be called upon arrival and wasn't. He complained that he was waiting and that the building was confusing. Blew me a few kisses in between the conversations. I always give a tip, but I felt pressured to give one which I don't like. Not ordering from this location again...
I am never disappointed by the Tenth Line Pizza Pizza location. Orders are always spot on and the workers are always exceptionally friendly and provide excellent service. We go out of our way to come here. Thank you! :)

I have never seen unprofessional people like this establishment. No respect for people. 35 minutes of waiting for a simple pizza ?. The order was supposed to be ready at 5.39pm and I had to pick it up at 6.15pm with no excuses. Not recommended
