Ordered a small box of pizza. If I had known this would take 2 hours. I would legit run my all of my errands and come back. Anyway. After receiving a cold box ( so much for the fresh pizza). I would like to tell you folks. If you order from here, go home, watch the Avengers, watch it again, then MAYBE your pizza might be ready. Absolutely crazy. Never ever ever again from this location.

Tried calling to order, the guy on the phone couldn't find this location in his system, so I showed up in person and waited in line only to get told at the counter that they don't take in person orders today and I have to call. I called back, same issue, can't find this location. Another customer showed me his bill, and we noticed the phone # was different from the google page, so I called that one instead, but same thing. Overall VERY FRUSTRATING. I overheard many people complaining of the same issue while I was on the phone with the guy. If you're aware of that,at least put up a damn sign in the door that said ORDERS BY PHONE ONLY, so we don't waste our time. And maybe figure out why your customers can't order with the phone number provided on your page?

I see a lot of negative reviews about the service, and I have to wonder where these reviews are coming from! There’s a gentleman with a beard who has always served me, and he has always been incredibly kind. He’s generous with the fries, always friendly, and is clearly a very hard worker. This location is top-tier for friendly service!
The food is exactly what you pay for, and the deals are very reasonable. I highly recommend the curly fries and their pizza if you’re looking for something reasonably affordable.

Hey! I came to Pizza Pizza yesterday at 7pm (23rd September 2025 Tuesday), the guy who is working in front behaved very bad and rudely. If you are keeping these kind of staff, you definitely losing customers. I will never visit your store again. Thanks

Was on an important phone call and the music they had planned was too loud so I stepped outside, while on my way out the employee behind the cash register asked me if I was gonna order. I told him yes he did not understand and yes, just give me a minute. I left my belongings inside charging while I was on my phone call outside. I was told to come inside and take my stuff with me not to leave them there, although I was outside looking at them and there was no one else in the restaurant staff said that they got a call. Which was a lie. They didn’t told me to unplug my stuff because it’s not a public outlet and I asked if I’m a customer here I’m not allowed charge and they told me that I’m not a customer because I have not yet purchased. I told him I was on another phone call and I showed them that I was asking the person what I should purchase. They were VERY rude, Pizza was also mediocre. I would not recommend this place at all.

This is not the first time that this had happened to me. Multiple times I have placed an order for delivery including sauces and have not received my sauces. Not only and I being scammed out of the money I paid for multiple sauces. But I am now expected to eat my food with ZERO SAUCE. I would not recommend this location, they are lazy and inconsiderate.
