Boston Pizza is hands-down the most pathetic excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. Their “customer service” is a flat-out joke — lazy, rude, careless, and absolutely clueless. The staff acts like they’re doing YOU a favor by even acknowledging your existence. Asking for basic service here feels like begging on the street corner.
Orders? Wrong. Food? Cold. Drinks? Forgotten. Attitude? Through the roof. Management? Nonexistent. It’s like they purposely hire people who hate people.
This place isn’t just bad, it’s offensively bad. Walking into Boston Pizza is like signing up for disappointment, frustration, and a slow death of your appetite. They should rebrand to “Boston Prison Food” because that’s the level of care and quality you’re gonna get.
To whoever runs this circus: shame on you. Fire the whole crew and start over. Until then, I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last restaurant on earth.
