I love the mango drink but I'm the staff is not nice.

Customer service is quite poor

It was Fri Oct 24th at 16:00, I requested real fruit mango without sugar, the service person rudely stated that according to company policy they don't serve real fruit without sugar. Is that true? Isn't that discrimination against people with diabetes or people who just don't want to have sugar in their drinks? why you can't have no sugar options? So either Change your name to sugar fruit and teach your workers some customer service, or give the client choice not to force sugar in their drinks. This service has zero common sense, that they can't serve real fruit without adding sugar. Can you please post explicitly this company policy, or Mr Ashton was making it up. Thank you.

As far as the drinks go they were made fine. But the service was extremely poor. Person behind the counter didn’t want to take the order themselves plus very rude when answering simple questions. No thank you no smile. Nothing. We went there around 3PM on Friday.

The women at the front is disrespectful and laughing at her customers and ripping drinks out of customers hand before saying anything. Rude and very unprofessional

Why is it that at this location I can be the only person in the store ordering but they refuse to let me order and send me to some panel on the wall to input my order? You're right there!!! Take my order!! This has happened multiple times but not all the time. What am I missing here? Some staff hate clients and some don't? Makes no sense and just puts me in a bad mood. It just comes off rude as hell as they would rather take more time arguing with you to go to the panel than take your order. Great customer service.

Ordered a bubble tea with a regular amount of ice but was given one without. When I asked why there wasn't any ice the employee said it had melted... Why make a bubble tea with tea so hot that the ice melts immediately? It means the end result will not be cold. Another employee said they could add ice if it wasn't cold enough. I said I would have a sip and check. I tried it and it wasn't cold, so I turned back to the cash to let them know but they were talking amongst themselves and ignoring me so I just left because I had to leave. This took place Saturday June 1st at around 12:30pm. I've been here a few times and the service is consistently poor. Will not be back.

Was there today with my 2 children, 1 smoothie and 1 mango slush. Both completely undrinkable! Have been to other locations and definitely not supposed to taste like it did. Will not be returning to this location.
