Ordered a bubble tea with a regular amount of ice but was given one without. When I asked why there wasn't any ice the employee said it had melted... Why make a bubble tea with tea so hot that the ice melts immediately? It means the end result will not be cold. Another employee said they could add ice if it wasn't cold enough. I said I would have a sip and check. I tried it and it wasn't cold, so I turned back to the cash to let them know but they were talking amongst themselves and ignoring me so I just left because I had to leave. This took place Saturday June 1st at around 12:30pm. I've been here a few times and the service is consistently poor. Will not be back.

Was there today with my 2 children, 1 smoothie and 1 mango slush. Both completely undrinkable! Have been to other locations and definitely not supposed to taste like it did. Will not be returning to this location.

The new self serve is confusing and I prefer face to face for ordering, especially since I was using cash; however the 2 working were so busy with online delivery apps that after 10 minutes of waiting to be served I just left extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Came in on 6/14.Store hours say 9:30am, as well as the door, waited outside till 9:32 when the employee showed up with breakfast from Tim’s and when he had opened the door (9:35 and lights on) me and another customer had went in. He told us he wasn’t opening till 10.Why bother with posted hours?I reached out to the phone # as well as Facebook, received no reply.Terrible service all around.

Accessibility: Fully accessible.A small bubble tea store within Place D'Orleans Shopping Mall. Staff were friendly and helpful but overall did not seem happy during my last visit.I definitely will never return to this location and am reluctant to ever try this brand again.I ordered the mango bubble tea with real mango. The mango used was not ripe and was sour, which would have been tolerable as some people enjoy mangos this way. But the drink accidentally had a bunch of mango skin blended in as well. It was completely undrinkable, I was only able to take a sip. Even my partner who never wastes food was only able to tolerate a few sips before we had to throw it out and go somewhere else to get another drink to change the horrible taste in our mouths. My partners drink was not the best either.

I do not recommend! Got two pineapple mango shush’s and they were filled with chunks of pineapple core. totally inedible

Good but super pricey and fairly slow. Not sure how you charge extra for tapioca at a bubble tea shop...kinda like charging extra to order cheese on a pizza.

We love this place. There Mango Diamond Slush is an absolute hit and a must try if you like mangoes. We also tried different juices and they were also made fresh.

Good selections of milk tea and fresh fruit slashes. I tried the passion fruit with lychee jelle and it did not disappoint. Wait time was standard and prices are moderate for a bubble tea joint.

Amazing place great drinks , best mango juice.

Never have tapioca pearls have been at least 3 times in the morning and evening and they are either not ready or have none left
