My friend and I were craving boba, we drove to this location by 9:50AM. Upon arriving the sign on the door said they opened at 10AM so my friend and I waited 10mins until they opened. After we hit the 10min mark they were still closed, we only realized they opened at 11AM after viewing the website. I recommend you look at your hours on the door please and thank you. We were very disappointed.

Tried buying a smoothie here and they told me that they can’t make it without sugar or honey which makes no sense.. I asked to see the honey since they refused to make it due to ‘store policy’ and it was just some bs fake ‘honey flavoured’ syrup…
I just want some blended fruits with water the way it should be 🤦♂️🤦♂️ definitely not coming back here

Usually a solid place but I showed up on a Tuesday night at 6:10 PM (open until 7 PM according to the door and 8 PM according to the website) and the door was locked, open sign was off and the employee was closing up! Why the inconsistent hours?

I have been going to this place ever since they opened a few years ago. Being a big fan of tropical fruits, I used to buy papaya smoothie, sometimes bubble tea, added different toppings, they were all delicious. I tried mango diamond slush today, the house special drink, made of real mango, it's gonna be my new favorite. Prices are reasonable and affordable
The lady who works on Friday evenings (6pm) is not pleasant. They changed the computer system so now you basically have to tell the staff if you want to adjust sugar levels. Not sure why they did this as the original software was fine. She was not receptive at all to help anyone in person. I probably won’t return as there are other bubble tea places around with people working who don’t make you feel like an inconvenience.
