Saigon Pho is in my top 3 places to eat in Ottawa. It is filling but not so much where you feel gross after and still a healthy option for eating out. I have tried MANY pho places in Ottawa and nothing I have found compares. Saigon Pho has been my go to for dining in or eating out and is my #1 spot to eat at during exam time when I am too busy to cook. Thankyou for being such an incredible pho soup spot looking forward to my next time at the restaurant!

I have to agree with others that the #1 rice paper wraps should be given a pass (basic chicken, lettuce and rice noodle...with bland dip...no mint, bean spouts, carrots, etc) but the #14 Squid salad was fabulous, and the #63 orange chicken full of lovely flavour...hot and fresh with good rice. We'll be back...but will skip the #1 rice paper wraps.

Small portions, rice wraps were flavourless
Great Food at Saigon Pho
I recently dined at Saigon Pho and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The pho was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the dishes really captured the essence of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The menu offers a variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious.
However, the service left something to be desired. It seems the owners are juggling both cooking and serving duties, which sometimes leads to delays and a bit of chaos. Despite this, their hard work and dedication to delivering good food are evident.
The atmosphere at Saigon Pho is quite basic, but when you’re enjoying a meal with good company, it’s easy to overlook. The focus here is clearly on the food, and that’s where Saigon Pho truly shines.
Overall, if you’re in the mood for great Vietnamese food in Orleans and don’t mind a more laid-back service experience, Saigon Pho is definitely worth a visit.

Solid Vietnamese restaurant. The Pho is good, and the rice dices are good as well. Compared to other places, the price is average. It's never too busy, and the food comes out pretty quickly. A great place and location to have dinner. Shopping, movies and a gym nearby.

If you want Vietnamese food, go anywhere else but here. But if you want food that you didn't even order, this is the place for you. I tried to call in and inform of the order mishap, the person on the phone was speaking English and as soon as I mentioned that I didn't receive the correct items, he started to say that he didn't speak English over and over then hung up on me.
Please recommend this place to anyone you do not like.
