Your shawarma is a blast. But… what happened to the potatoes today’s ? They tasted so different then regular , hard to bite, to spicy with mustard. Big no. However I will be coming back over and over. Just check the potatoes you are serving from time to time .

Large eat in Restaurant, great to fit big gatherings. service was unfriendly/cold. my order was mixed up with another person in my party as they received tabbouleh that i had requested and they had opted out. I Ordered a chicken kabab platter. Generous serving size. However the chicken was burnt and dried out, rice tasted funky/smell like had gone bad. potato's n garlic were good. The silverware was self serve and the forks were all dirty.

First time at this shawarma place and wow! one plate is honestly enough for three people because they give so much food! Everything was super yummy, and I’m a picky eater. I asked Mohamad to change so many things, and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. Amazing service! Highly recommended it
Amazing experience at Shawarma Palace in Orléans! I’ve eaten shawarma at a lot of places, but this is by far the best one in Orléans.
Huge shout-out to Mikhael and Fadel they were super friendly and helped us decide exactly what to put on our plate. They even introduced us to their new sujuk specialty.
Even though it was already 10:30 pm and they were basically done for the night, they went out of their way to make a fresh batch just for us. That kind of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated.

I originally rated this place a 1 star, 3 years ago when it first changed over from a Montana's. Lots has changed since, very nice atmosphere, welcoming staff. There is a Honey drip bar located inside, plenty sitting room for large families. Cosy fireplace area with tv's. Food was great, the meet on spike looked fresh and juicy. No complaints!

If you’re hungry and have a big group, this is the place to go! They can easily seat over 14 people at one table, which is impressive. We weren’t even that hungry but decided to stop by during a recent trip to Ottawa.
The place truly lives up to its name—it’s palace-like inside. The shawarma plate is absolutely massive; one plate could easily feed a family of four! Lol. We ordered three plates, and the staff were kind enough to provide all the utensils and plates so we could share.
The food was satisfying and flavorful. I’d love to come back on an empty stomach so I can fully appreciate it next time.
