I like the food but somewhat each time i go there i have a bad service experience. I am not sure why but they just let me wait for no apparent reason. My plate is there waiting for the chicken and they fill everyone else plate and sandwich and not mine. Again tonight 6 people passed me being served while im there waiting. I am always nice and courtoise wirh the staff, i dont ask anything special either. I understand that a bad experience can happen once but it is way too many time now for it to be a coincidence. Food and life is too expensive to keep going to place where they dont want my money.

If you want to eat in a halal, clean and reliable place, you are in the right place. I would like to state that the restaurant is spacious, bright, wide and clean. I would also like to state that the portion size is large enough for more than one person. I think the salad, hummus and other ingredients that come with the meal are of high quality, but I think the flavor of the meat should be increased. I could not fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The flavor I expected was a softer and not dry döner, but it is not easy to find this flavor. In general, I can say that it is an above-average restaurant and worth visiting.
Overall quality and freshness of the food here has gone downhill significantly in the past year. We have been die hard a Shawarma Palace fans for a decade, purchasing it a few times a month. Unfortunately, tonight will be the last night that we dine with them. The majority of the produce was wilted/rotted and the chicken was dried out. Very disappointing.
I'm beyond disappointed with the experience I had. I came in today for lunch and ordered a shawarma plate. As I was with a kid I work with who is autistic and doesn't like sauces on his food and I enjoy the garlic and hummus so I requested them on the side which I would not think would be an issue however I was told I can have the garlic on the side but the hummus I needed to pay for. I asked how it made sense that I wouldn't have to pay for the hummus if they included it ontop of the food in the container however because I was asking for it on the side I needed to be charged for it. Either way it was not the employees choice to make the policy so I just told them I'd pay for it and dealt with it. While the gentleman who was serving the food was kind and polite the lady who was at the cash was dismissive and rude and was there typing on her phone rather than giving her full attention to the customers infront of her. This was honestly a horrible experience and I'm quite upset and disappointeded that it happened this way. I urge management to consider changing their policies on charging a customer $1.50 for a tiny small side of hummus that they wouldn't have paid for if it was put in the container for their shawarma plate. I find it very discriminating against those who may have sensory issues and need it on the side that they are forced to pay extra due to their disability. This is not a good practice.

Just ordered a Shawarma platter with pita chips ontop from here and I truly cannot begin to tell anyone who reads this how amazing this Palace chain is and especially this location. The food is so fresh, the service was great and the portions are out of this world. I got so much food for $22. that it served 4 people without difficulty.This place has rocked my socks off as I’ve had waaaay too many bad experiences at other places so this one caught me by surprise. All their ingredients are beyond fresh on this platter and I’m so excited that I just had to go out of my way to review my experience here !!! My new go to 1 stop shop for Middle Eastern Food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
