I ordered delivery tonight, which was a mistake I’ve eaten in the restaurant and the food is lovely but tonight I ordered calamari and crispy noodle bowl which I’ve had in the restaurant before What I received looked and tasted it had been cooked at noon It was all battered and dry and aged calamari I would’ve called the restaurant to complain but they are busy and takeout is not their primary business Be an expensive lesson that I learned never to do that

This is our go to place for a good meal, never have had anything we didn’t like. The wings are great, as are the fish & chips and any burger, can’t go wrong here.

The most amazing experience, I have dined in the restaurant several times, but this time I ordered on Uber eats for delivery. I ordered a burger with a side, caesar salad, when I got my salad, the restaurant had forgot to put croutons and bacon on it.

I called the restaurant and the general manager. Shawn offered to drive to my house personally to deliver me a new salad. Not only did he show up with a caesar salad double the size he also brought several complementary pieces of cake and a $10 coupon.

I have to say this is the most exceptional customer service I have ever received, mind you I ordered on Uber Eats and this wonderful gentleman sat in his own car and drove to my house to remedy the situation. If I could give this rating 100 stars I would!!!!

Nice place and vibe also family friendly and our kids loved it and the live music was the icing on the cake. We visit here at least once or twice every couple of months and had no issues however the service yesterday was not up to previous standards. So pack your patience.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. Was very good, but the portion was wayyy to small for the price of it. Good thing they loaded the fries.

Disappointed with this place. The bar feels old and like it hasn’t been updated in years. The food is nothing special, pretty much fast food quality but at higher prices. Definitely not worth it if you’re looking for something better than frozen appetizers. Service was just okay, the manager was rude but overall, I wouldn’t come back. Plenty of better options out there.

Went to have a later lunch with my toddler and about an hour and forty five minutes later, I wish we hadn't walked in.
They had only 1 server who was pleasant but not very attentive to anyone besides the fuller tables once we had drinks and food. There was also a hostess, who spoke to people at the bar, one gentleman looked to be the manager or owner, and then she did very little of anything else. Hostess wasn't even the one to seat us or other patrons, it was the server.
My wrap was nothing special, but still good, the fries however were terrible. Half were so soggy and dripping with grease while the others were hard in the center and stale tasting. I did let the server know of the concern, at the only time during our stay that she checked on us, which was maybe 15-20 mins after being served food, there was no offer to refull drinks or even notice that we didn't have cutlery or napkins (I would have asked if we needed it them) The Popcorn chicken for my toddler was fine, fries also terrible, even he wouldn't eat them.
15 more mins went by after being finished my wrap. I had moved my toddler's plates to the end of the table, I tried to flag down the server or hostess for the bill, and nothing. 10 more mins and I took my toddler to the washroom with our jackets and things - only upon exiting was I able to get anyone's attention and pay the bill standing beside the bar. Must have looked like we had run out on the tab.

Overall very disappointing experience, and one I will not be repeating.

The only reason I'll give 2 stars is because we ate the wrap and popcorn chicken.

The booking system doesn't work, they cancelled the reservation saying they texted to another number...

Had a disappointing experience, the manager was rude, which made the visit unpleasant. Good customer service is important, but that was lacking here. Won't be returning.

Went to eat here for the first time and Brandon was my waiter. Told him I wanted a lemonade but not the original one. So he invented one for me. Strawberry lemonade simply delicious. As for the food I had the Buffalo chicken wrap and poutine my fries. The portion of the wrap was perfect the poutine was a bit small. I had the reese's peanut butter cup pie for dessert super yummy.
