Our waitress Lyla was great. Such a genuine smile and very friendly. She made it feel that we were her guests at her home. We'll be back!!

Food quality and flavour was below average. We had meat nachos and they barely had any meat on them (or anything else really besides cheese). Plus the side salsa and sour cream were toddler size.Slow in everything:- Slow for us to be sat down- Slow to get a server- Extremely slow to get our food

First time visiting this restaurant and we had heard a lot of reviews from family and friends and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and made it feel like we were just hanging out! My only recommendation would be to offer wetnaps when people order wings or sandwiches that will be messy as it was but it was so good. I wanted to have more of my sandwich! ?

Orleans location. Worst service. We loved it but then the last 2 times we have had to ask the bar for service bc servers walk past tables. Lastnight there was a lineup. 4 servers passed the desk probably 8 times each in 10 mins and didnt make eye contact with anyone. It was busy but are servers not trained to check on the new arrivals? I was when i was a server. The time before we were seated, waited 15 mins warching servers walk past us and not answer when politely we said hi or tried to catch an eye. I had to go ask at the bar to be served. And it was not busy. So disappointing.

Great Outing and Food all around. Staff were great and lots of interactions with the customers and some laughter which is always nice.

Came here with my son and fiance, food was alright if that. Our calamari was very soggy not crisp whatsoever the nachos were okay but the cheese was more of a queso poured on rather than actual cheese? And the fries were undercooked not crispy, but the worst part was after my fiance finished his beer he noticed a fly in the bottom of his glass.Regarding the service it was amazing and the atmosphere was fun and family friendly! Not sure if we will return though as we weren’t a fan of the food

The TV’s at the individual booths make it so nice to have dinner and watch a game that might not be on the big TV’s. Server had no problem making sure we could get basketball on it. Food is great, servers are attentive and kind always checking if you need anything. It’s my favourite place to grab dinner out.

Well, first-time patron, last-time patron.I will get the highlights out of the way and then dive into the dirty details.1. The service. The service was adequate. Nothing over the top. The waitress was efficient and got the job done. She seemed to have left her smile at home, though. I gotta say that service with a smile makes a huge difference.2. The atmosphere was a typical sports pub. Loud, dimly lit, but this place was very clean and well kept.3. The food... we were all disappointed.Let's start with the Redonkulus burger. The menu literally said they dared you to finish it. Apparently, this crumb is a big burger by their standards. I would hate to see a regular burger. This mini beast had 2 patties, about 2.5 to 3 ounces each. So it was a 1/4 pounder. It was topped with pulled pork... but in reality, some diced pork from the grill, I guess? Certainly not pulled. The burger tasted pretty good, but after a few bites, it was dripping wet because they either put soaked lettuce on it of the burger sauce was overly watery. The side - the only side - was fries. They taste pretty good, but they were not crispy. And seriously... where was the coleslaw or side of veggies with the meal? The triple cheese ravioli was really good. The portion was a bit small for the price, but it was tasty. The shimp flat bread... wow... incredibly bad. It was basically a flat bread covered with cheese and one shrimp per slice. $22 bucks for 8 shrimp, a piece of bread, and some cheese. This was more disappointing than the burger. In our opinion, don't bother taking the trip. We would have been happier with fast food.Look at that slider posing as a burger ?

Mediocre food but amazing service. I had Kelsey serve us, and she gave us the best service. She was kind, accommodating, and friendly. Spectacular experience! I can’t wait to be back!

We had planned to go out for StValentine on Saturday instead of mid-week. First time we went to a Shoeless Joe. The location we went was on Innes rd, Orleans. Service was ok, my chicken cordon bleu was disgusting. The meat was not a real breast but a 'mechanically formed'. Was pinkish and bacon was raw. The breading was burnt at some places. I am not picky but this was just awful. I told the waitress and she said ok, you want something else? Our chicken fingers are very popular. The manager (dressed just in plain sweatshirt and jeans) came to say he checked and all was cooked through. I felt he was telling me I was wrong. I do believe their oil was too hot for cooking appropriately. I had time to eat all my veggies (and Im a slow eater) by the time I had the chicken. I wasn't even hungry anymore. My boyfriend had a phyllicheese steak and said he had better. We won't be going back. It just ruined out date night.
