Jocelyn has an attitude problem. Whatever you do don't order more than 2 drinks otherwise they will get irritated and get mad at you. I mean c'mon that's ridiculous. Maybe making drinks is not for you if you are getting mad at the customer for ordering. For the record the store was dead as well, weird behavior.

I usually don’t like to write anything but a good review unless something really does bother me.I recently got a new job in orleans, and this Starbucks is close to work, for 1.5 weeks straight I got a coffee and eggs bites every morning before work. Eggs bites are always good so no complaints there.The coffee always tastes good, usually tastes the same every morning, small differences here and there.HOWEVER, why I’m writing this review is that every morning i have coffee grounds in my coffee. The reason this is disappointing is that I’ve been a lover of Starbucks for quite some time and only rarely get that issue, which is nothing to be angry about. But when it’s every morning, at the same Starbucks it’s disappointing especially when it’s not cheap.I am now ordering from another location (indigo location) 2 mins away and have had no issues, along with second cup, no issues.It’s disappointing, and I order ahead so there’s no way of really making a comment or complaint, and I only find out after I’m at the end of my drink.The workers there are usually very friendly and always say good morning, they make nice conversation if I arrive and am still waiting for my items to be completed and are apologetic for the wait. Customer service is usually very good at any Starbucks.
