atrocious service. I was boiling in the heat and simply asked for a cup of water with ice and they said i cant get any because of not being a customer or buying something. This is disgusting service. Its crazy to me of how simple it is to just provide a cup of water. Absolutely unsatisfied with the experience for a Starbucks I go to.

Can’t believe people can be this non-empathetic. Was on a walk with a friend on a very hot day. Simply asked for a cup of water. the girl working there declined providing water for us. I even offered to pay for the water.. she said I am not allowed to only buy (tapped) water. Disgusting place with disgusting humans. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Do not recommend.
If you are avoiding coffee containing caffeine, skip this location. According to the Barista, they don't sell decaf coffee. With that said, I know you can get decaf Pikes Place coffee at the location at the Bruyère Health location near Ottawa's Art Galery, and for a better price to boot.
