I visited at 12:30 PM on Thursday, March 27th, and ordered a mocha Frappuccino. The first drink I received tasted more like milk than coffee or mocha. When I mentioned that it was weak and lacked mocha flavor, the barista informed me that the mocha pump was broken and attempted to make it again, but the second attempt was even paler. By the third try, it was still mostly white, leading me to believe the issue wasn't just the pump but rather her lack of knowledge in preparing the drink. She should be able to eye ball how much mocha to add but was incapable of doing so. I requested a refund, but they kept the tip. I won't be returning, as a mocha is a basic beverage.

The staff here have an impressive team work ethic, and the service is always top-notch. Their hot & cold drinks are meticulously presented, and the store's hand-lettered signboards are beautiful. Happy for this third space in Orléans!

Dirty, disorganized and slow service at 6pm on a Friday. There’s no one here, but the place looks like it’s just gone through a rush. The first girl took my order, then the second one who was supposed to be filling orders, just continues to restock the store. Lids, cups, sleeves. Not serving the only customer, and not cleaning a thing.

The drinks come in pretty quickly especially the handcrafted ones. I really like the outdoor seating area but I think there should be some sun umbrella or something! Also very pricy!

Service is beyond slow. Friday afternoon at 4 pm not peek hours it took 20 minutes to serve a simple latte.

Since their previous manager Alexa left and this store has been the slowest Starbucks ever no matter how far ahead you order. Staff are not cheerful anymore like before. They must me up with my order. I loved going there every morning, now it's the last favorite place. I won't visit again. Less staff and they are so overwhelmed. Joanne is great brista.

The shop itself is small and the seating is congested.Apart from a couple of the employees, the staff is largely unmotivated and not terribly friendly.I’ve been to Starbucks locations from China, to Mexico to Greece, I have found Starbucks employees generally very friendly and helpful.

A date stood me up here once. I sat at the table alone like a loser for 45 minutes. A man finally asked me if I was using the other chair. That’s when I finally accepted she wasn’t coming and said “no you can take it”.Every other time I’ve come here it’s been good though.

This has to be the worst location.. Asked for tall latte with 2 raw sugars. First of all why is it 6$.. and no raw sugar.. barely anything in the cup. she made me put on my own sleeve . always issues at this
