Kid placed an order, wanted to redeem a coupon via app and was told they wouldn't accept it. No problem when I went in to redeem. Seems fishy to me - scamming kids. Scammers.

Visited at the dinner rush on a Monday. The guys making the sandwiches handled the volume beautifully and my sandwich tasted great. The guy at the cash went above and beyond to serve the family in front of me, when the son was the one doing the ordering at only maybe 8 years old. It was heartwarming to see

Tried to order catering yesterday evening through their website (awful catering website) but after MANY failed attempts, I figure, why not call in the morning. That was a mistake!! When I called they advised me that they were forbidden to take catering orders over the phone and that I would need to use their website. When I explained that their website did not work, they proceeded to tell me to refresh the page. I told them it was not working, and they said sorry, it's against policy to take orders over the phone. I mean, as a business, wouldn't you want to make money??? Super unimpressed.
