Staffing here is absolutely the worse. Bad customer service, no greeting , no hi no hello. I ordered a sandwich on a flat bread but they dont have the press grill for it, had to eat my sandwich cold. No alternative offered no nothing.

Walked in to get a sub, and waited over 25 minutes. Only one staff was working and had two customers in line before me. It took him about 10 minutes per customer. Veggies were all frozen. I paid cash and he went straight from the cash to making the next customers sub, didn’t change his gloves once. Disgusting.

Huge shout out to Kallum. This young man delivered excellent service. I have Celiac Disease, Kallum took special care to ensure my sandwich was safe for me to eat. He got all fresh ingerdients from the back, and prepared my sandwich on a clean surface. He checked in with me during the process, which made me feel confident that he was following protocol. Thank you, Kallum, for making my first Subway experience as a Celiac a positive one!!

I got the best blt I’ve never had at this subway. Maiah. (Not sure I didn’t have a good view of her name tag but she had the prettiest red braids) made me the most amazing sandwich ever and she gave me the perfect amount of extra pickles and sauce! Thank you so much I was really hungry ?

30 degrees out, the air conditioning is turned off. Took 15 minutes to get my sub, sweating like a wildebeast by the time i got it. It's hotter in here than it is outside. These poor workers, i'm sure this is a workplace health code violation.
