Huge shout out to Kallum. This young man delivered excellent service. I have Celiac Disease, Kallum took special care to ensure my sandwich was safe for me to eat. He got all fresh ingerdients from the back, and prepared my sandwich on a clean surface. He checked in with me during the process, which made me feel confident that he was following protocol. Thank you, Kallum, for making my first Subway experience as a Celiac a positive one!!

I came in on Thursday evening and was served by Pascal who was an absolute delight! I can’t even recall the last time I had that level of service in a restaurant more or less a fast food establishment.

I got the best blt I’ve never had at this subway. Maiah. (Not sure I didn’t have a good view of her name tag but she had the prettiest red braids) made me the most amazing sandwich ever and she gave me the perfect amount of extra pickles and sauce! Thank you so much I was really hungry ?

30 degrees out, the air conditioning is turned off. Took 15 minutes to get my sub, sweating like a wildebeast by the time i got it. It's hotter in here than it is outside. These poor workers, i'm sure this is a workplace health code violation.

Store closes at 10:00 pm on sunday night, reached the store at 09:45, already there were 2-3 customers standing in line, as my turn came in the guy, whose name I do not know but that's the only guy working on this subway on sunday night 23rd of june 2024 said to me that there's only 4 minutes left to close the restaurant so he cannot make a veggie patty sub in 4 minutes, which technically takes only 2-3 minutes to make. That's the pathetic and so far the worst customer service I have ever got in my whole life in a restaurant. Really very bad customer service at this subway. First make people wait for their turn then ask them its closing we can't serve you, I was even not di ing I was just taking out.
I have to commend the employees working here today. It is 30+ degrees outside. Heat wave. I walked in this subway and it is hotter in their than it is outside. I could barely stand it in there myself! The Ac is broken. These two employees working hard in these conditions not complaining i dont know how they are doing it! I dont think its right for them to work in these conditions no fan ovens going. This is a health hazard!

This is one of the best subway around the whole of Ottawa. I order a lot from subway from everplace including barrheaven nepean and kanata. But this one is really great. They made my food best and gave me best experience. I recommend it to all subway lovers.

Truly thankful for this Subway location. I called multiple other Subway's in the area with a last minute order for 2 platters -- all other locations told me (quite rudely) that I was unable to order this late. I called this location was immediately told that they would do their best to complete it. The Francophone lady on the phone was incredibly kind and took my order -- completely lifting a weight off my shoulders. I cannot thank you enough for helping me out! If you need a sandwich or platter, this is the location you should choose! :)
