Can’t say enough good things about this little Gem. It’s been our go-to ever since we discovered it. Food quality/consistency has been exceptional. My suggestion would be to order ahead for pick up (which we normally do since there is more preparation time required for many items - for which we appreciate since we don’t want things just slapped together hastily) or delivery…you will not be disappointed. You’re taking chances on waiting if you simply walk-in. Price point is very, very fair.

Tastes great and lots of fish but not worth the $28.00 I spent on this Poke Bowl. I paid an extra $3.50 for seaweed salad and $4.00 for extra fish. . . Not much of any other toppings. This is what I got!

I rated everything a zero because every-time I come to get food, between 4pm-8pm… The store is locked, no one is inside, on google it says open, and then you drive all the way to see that it’s closed and its supposed to be open… Very Unfortunate, because I was really looking forward to trying their poke bowl… this is now the 5th time this has happened to me… hence this poor review… the open sign isn’t even on when the hours below it say they should be open…

Honestly one of the best sushi spots in Ottawa! I’ve ordered twice in the past two weeks for my coworkers and I, and we are all in awe with how tasty and presentable the food is. Please, if you like sushi - this is the place for you!

Got the volcano pokebowl, delicious and fresh! Update: today I ordered the salmon philadelphia maki rolls and they were so so good and the soy sauce was perfect.

First time customer, and returning again!!One of the most unique tasting poke bowls I’ve tried, in a good way. I got a salmon poke bowl today for $17.95+tax. Staff is friendly, and service was super quick.
I WOULD RATE POKE BOWL 9/10. One quick note, the taste is very good! I would suggest the restaurant to add more ingredients (ex: corn, edamame, mandarin oranges) to make this a solid 10!! Also I noticed the portions are cut way smaller than other sushi restaurants. I think it’s better to cut the ingredients in small bite-sizes rather than super super thin pieces. Not sure if it’s because I’m a texture person but, overall it was very good!
Would return again, and highly recommend
Update: The poke bowls are relatively consistent in taste and I’ve never been able to find the same poke taste as this one. It’s just so unbelievably delicious and probably poke bowl in town. PLEASE GIVE IT A TRY!!

Definitely one of the best sushi spots in Ottawa. 10/10 for the food quality and service. Highly suggest to order ahead especially for dinner time on a Saturday because there is a little wait time. It was all worth it tho!

Friendly service take out spot. Don't expect a dining room. Pokebowl was filled to the top and had many flavours. Miso soup tasted traditional and the tofu was melt in your mouth perfect. Try the tayaki desert.
