I ordered a value box that includes two tacos, fries and a drink. The taco was the skinniest thing I've ever seen with probably 2 table spoon of meat inside. On top of that they forgot my sauces that I requested for on the app. The servicr was also terrible, I rolled up to the window to pick up my order and I was greated with a hi. then silence. I stated why I was there and then she mumbled something so I drove up to the window and she just gave me my mobile order than left. I would not recommend this Taco Bell.

Placed a mobile order to this location just to find out it is drive thru only and I don't have a car and couldn't claim my order. Ridiculous that I was able to place an order just to not be able to get it.

Stopped by here after a long road trip. Google reviews said it was open and we walked in to find a gutted restaurant being renovated. Super weird that you would have an open construction site just accessible to the public like this.
In addition, they claimed to be both a Taco Bell and a KFC, and according to google, Taco Bell was open. We got there only to be told Taco Bell isn't open and we could only order KFC.
So we decide to get a couple zinger sandwiches and my god were they the worst fast food sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Dry, thin, flattened looking chicken patties with barely any spicy sauce. What on earth has happened to KFC? Is it since y'all decides to go halal for whatever reason? The chicken has changed. Your chicken is now just flat and dry and flavorless and not worth the money which brings me to the next point.
How ON EARTH are two fast food sandwiches and a soda over 23 dollars? This is absolutely insane. Not even meal deals. Individual sandwiches... For 23 dollars.
Complete rip off. Total gip. Don't go here.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY HERE. They will not make your food and waste the time of many successive delivery drivers as they all have to leave. Eventually they will close the restaurant without ever cancelling your order. Wasting hours of your time and the time of the delivery drivers without ever preparing your food.
Do not expect to get any food if you order for delivery from here, regardless of the time of day.

Went to pick up our 5pm online order, show up there only for them not even have it started. Waited 30 minutes, and they forget stuff. Drive thru empty and barely anyone in-store. The store look awfully old and dirty, bathroom as well. Honesly need better management and staff training. Worst Taco Bell, and fast food chain around Orleans
