Thai Express Restaurant Orleans

I was here last night and the people working behind the counter were yelling at each other and talking super loud. The woman working there then began to floss her teeth beside us where we were eating won’t be returning here.

I had a general thai pineapple and a pad sew beef. The chicken in the general thai was dry and nasty had trouble chewing it. It was like dry and chewy didn’t even feel like there was chicken in it had like one that was normal. Second there was barely any sauce in the general thai, pad sew and steamed dumplings. Dumpling was still cold. And the pad sew the beef was not eatable and noodles had no sauce.

Also the place was nasty not clean at all barely had light.

The worst Thai express I have ever had of my life I wouldn’t be surprised if I would get food poisoning from it. I am never going back there !!!!

Terrible service, very poor food quality. Ordered 2x extra sauce, definitely didn’t get it. They also put a bunch of pineapples in my order which i’m allergic to. Was refunded for the lack of extra sauce, nothing else.

I did not want to leave a bad review.
But until I found a plastic cap in their soup ordered online.
I don't know how people can even eat inside there. There is mold smell. Floor is cheap and very dirty.
I suggest to go to alternative location in Place D Orleans.
I suggest cooks to be more attentive to what they do. And get rid of that smell inside!

Food is ok. All other locations in the city are much better and this store has a weird cat pee smell and very dirty. You can tell they don't like working there and don't care.

This place is awful, ordered two general Thai chicken entrees to go and was throughly disappointed with the food quality. I legitimately don’t think they are serving chicken as advertised- it’s some kind of mixed meat that tastes like rubber. Absolutely no customer service either (not even a hello or thank you). AVOID at all costs

Ordered my self a khao soi, which I had at another Thai Express it was amazing.
Some how this location messed it up, gave a soupy bowl of water. When I went to rectify the mistake they said this is how this location makes it.
Avoid this location at all cost.

Just Bad!
They don’t even deserved one star
I paid extra for Chinese broccoli
There were barely inside and they chopped like parsleys. It meant to be chunk and chewable. Also shrimp is so tiny and small
Noodles is dry. He made my food around 10-15 seconds. Cashier was rude. And why he looks angry Everything is worst. Never going back!!!

Waited for the store to open, watched the cashier unlock, go in after opening time, then leave again to go to the grocery store. Had to wait for her to get groceries and come back before we could order food. Would've expected them to get the thing they need prior to lunch time/opening

I wish I had read reviews before getting this food for my family. One meal was completely wrong and overall the food was terrible. The chicken in all of our meals was poorly cooked and scrappy with rubbery texture. How can I get my money back? Never again!! What happened to Thai Express it used to be good! Is it just this location. Owner, you should be ashamed to serve this quality.

I must say it’s one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been into. They went downhill. The soup was terrible through it in the garbage. Tables were filthy. Haven’t been washed in weeks.
The cooks are not wearing hats at all. They touch cash don’t wash their hands.
Floors haven’t been washed in months. Windows are dirty man sign stealthy filled of grease. Health unit needs to get in here and clean this place up .

Don't go! Food is terrible and they are not honest. We bought two noodles. But the there was less vegetable and meat. They had daily promotion, but they tricked us.
