Food was not good several order mistakes and even ignored allergy information. Hubby order a bigger bowl meal and it was barely even 1/2 full

My vegetable pad Thai came with very minimal amount of vegetables. I asked for coriander as an add on but wasn’t added!
Positive side, the delivery was fast and efficient

The General Thai Beef is nothing like the photograph: not crispy at all, rounded nuggets of tiny bits of ground beef, some of which are weird chewy grizzle. This should be removed from the menu if this ingredient is not changed.

I ordered the General Thairacha. I asked for LESS SAUCE and they ended up giving me NO SAUCE. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

If I could rank it 0 I would, that’s 600 cals worth of food apparently 12 fries and 3 nuggets. “I gave you more”, I personally don’t have the time or effort to review but this one just annoyed me

Walked in to order chicken thairacha, food was packed and given back in less than 2 mins.
On reaching home, when opened up the food container, found that the food was stale, bad smeling.

Should report to authorities, this joint is serving stale rotten food, chicken.

DO NOT BUY.

I went in to pick up a couple meals for dinner and when I walked in, the restaurant was visibly messy, and there were cleaning supplies scattered on tables everywhere. The service was abrupt and unfriendly, and when I asked them why there wasn’t any lettuce in the Pad Salad that I ordered, which, in the picture, shows a full bed of lettuce topped with some chicken and vegetables, the employee took the bowl from me, shook it, and showed me three to four measly pieces of soggy lettuce hidden under a sea of sauce and cheap, low-quality chicken and vegetables. For nearly $15, I should have received something at least slightly resembling the advertised image. Instead, I got what was pictured in the attached photo. The employee tried to convince me this was normal. Thai Express needs to do better.

I tried to call you but your phone number from google is inassigned. I wanted to let you know what one of your ingredient had turn sour. I order a tomyum soup with coconut milk and it was absolutly bad. Tasted and smell like vomit i had to throw it to the garbage. Very unfortunate when you take out food and you live on the other side of town. And of course cant reach you by phone to let you know

Terrible service and the food was worse than the service. Feel free to say hello to your customers when they come up to the counter. Wouldn't feed it to my dog.

I picked up lunch here yesterday for me and my girlfriend and was very disappointed. We hadn't had Thai Express for over a year or two but both have eaten it on multiple occasions in the past and used to like it. The food was extremely bland, like pad thai with 0 flavor. It honestly seems like half the ingredients are missing. There's a thin layer of sauce on noodles with a few small pieces of meat. The sauce does not taste like anything except a slight tomato like flavor, slightly acidic. It was the quality you would expect if you paid like 3$ for some microwave noodles at the store, not 17$ each! There was no spice at all, they didn't ask for spice level either so a knock on the service score for that too. The service was fast at least, I was able to order right away and the food was ready fast (although maybe that's cause they forgot half the ingredients). The price would not be bad for quality pad thai but for what we got it was a total scam. Not at all how we remembered it. I would be curious to try another location to see, but won't bother at this point we aren't just turned off from Thai Express overall. Definitely another couple years without it. Also I would not want to eat in at this location either, it is kind of dark and dingy, and disorganized inside. You can tell they cater mostly to Uber eats or takeout and don't care about making the inside of their restaurant a welcoming and pleasant place to eat. Wish we had checked out the other reviews as well before going. This location is not worth your time or money.

Food tasted bland and the portion was small. Found hair in the food too.

Placed an Uber eats order. Missing 2 items out of 4 in my order, and my chicken pad thai had shrimp in it. Zero flavor to their pad thai compared to the last time I ordered from here. The quality has gone downhill significantly. Very disappointing, will never be ordering from this location again.

Got a white hair in the chicken that was clearly over battered and stale. Never again.
