I was at this mall location today with my two kids and ordered a thai fried rice to go. I also asked the cashier for 2 plates and 3 folks. He gave me two folks and one plate and when I asked for the 2nd plate, he refused to give it to me saying that I will give your food on a playe instead of in a takeout container. He made such a big deal about the plate and humiliated me in front of other patrons. The food was also sub par compares to other locations had minimal veggies and meat. Be warned and spend your money elsewhere if you are at this food court.
EDIT: Owner Operator replied promptly. Requested I fill out a form. I should point out, if you have the time to read these negative reviews, you could put the effort in to note the issues at this location. Asking to fill out additional forms simply puts the reporting effort onto the consumer. I say this because similar complaints on google go back over 1 year+ which shows a lack of improvement and or change.

Not sure what to say. First time/last time customer. Experience was in line with the 1 start reviews. Guy working cash was rude, while chef guy gives dirty looks. My beef + noodle dish came with a pile of noodles (good thing) but 6 bits of beef, with nothing else at all. Wasn't spicy at all for medium spicy, and was VERY bland and chewy. For 18$.......
I wanted something different. Certainly what I got. Stay away.
Just ordered the pad Thai and it was the worst one I’ve ever had in my life. First off it didn’t look anything like the picture so I brought back the dish and confused thinking they must have given me another person’s dish. He said no that’s the right one. The picture showed tofu and egg and some lime wedges and peanuts, but none of that was there. They threw in a lime wedge. I asked where are the peanuts, the eggs and the tofu? He said it’s in there it’s just really really small. OK, so in the picture you see piles of chunks of tofu. I don’t even see a crumb of tofu or egg or peanuts Totally feel ripped off
Order for take out. Food was average. However, the man at the register was very rude. It's been a while since I have encountered such an incredibly rude person, and I'm not a sensitive person. Not very smart as a business to have someone like him working at the register taking orders from customers. Do better buddy.
Atmosphere is a normal mall, that's fine. Problem however is the last two times I've gone there was so much sauce my meal almost a stew... And this third time they disappointed me with these boxes. I'll be going to another location from now on.

Tell me why this mall food court Thai Express served me the best pad thai of my life??
I read the good reviews strange it doesn't come close to what I experienced.the large portion is mostly rice or noddles, very little amount of protein.service is poor,Crumpy clerk.
I saw poor sanitary procedure, cashier handling non food duties then prepare the ingredients for the cooks, without washing his hands or wearing cloves.maybe this chain has lost its focus.
Save your money for a better choice

First of all, the lady taking the order did not understand me very well, her English was poor. Second of all, my dish and my husband’s dish were horrible. This was by far the worse Thai food that I ever had. In addition, I ordered a dessert, a pineapple cheesecake that you couldn’t even insert a fork in it because it was totally frozen. The beef pineapple curry left a bad taste in my mouth and I only had 2 bites. Definitely, the worse experience ever, I asked the owner/manager if he could refund me at least for the dessert and he refused. So, all that food was left there and we payed $45 for that disgusting food. Do yourself a favour and do not go there.

Out of the many places I've been to today everyone was nice and friendly, except for you, not only was he bad, he was very bad and rude in taking the order and interrupting me, and he also made a mistake in my order because he didn't want to listen, and when I told him the order was wrong, he spoke in a loud voice as if he was accusing me of ordering this!! Really Rude

Probably one of the worst customer services experience I’ve ever had today!!! The man taking the order was rude, arrogant, interrupts you and worse of all, got my order wrong because he refused to listen properly. Telling a customer that you didn’t order something when you did (which my daughter can confirm) is unprofessional. To confuse coconut milk with coconut water is ridiculous. Normally, I never have an issue with customer service at this location but it appears this has now changed. Please treat people with respect as we all come from different walks of life.

I always buy lunch or dinner in this location, but there are times that I don’t feel like eating heavy so I would only order their dumplings. And every time I order dumplings the cook always tells me that I always order their cheapest menu, which is so rude! They never smile and always rude to the customers. I will never go back unless you trained your staff how to be nice and kind to people.
Worst Thai Express food I've ever had. "Mango salad" was six strips of mango on top of a green lettuce salad. Thai mango salads aren't even supposed to have lettuce in it (I've been to Thailand).
Red curry was 50% semi raw onions with 50% semi raw green peppers over a super thin, tasteless sauce. I don't have super high expectations but for +$20 I expect something that is even half tasty. I didn't even finish half my meal and I was hungry

I ordered the lemongrass beef stirfry without any noodles or rice expecting a lot more veggies, - they provided lots of bean sprouts but other than that just green pepper chunks, onions and sliced carrots. No broccoli or cauliflower or something else that would’ve made this meal a little bit more filling, considering that I didn’t get the noodles or rice with it. The lemon grass was underwhelming and overall, the meal tasted pretty bland. It is very sad that they charge nearly $16 for a small little box of food that barely has any taste or any nutritional value whatsoever. Instead, they’d rather fill it up with a bunch of noodles and rice and make people feel like they get something for their money. Likely won’t have anything from this chain again. I could easily make something better at home and have all of my favourite ingredients in there as much as I like. This meal was just something I had in a pinch, hoping that I would get something satisfying to tie me over. Very disappointing, but unfortunately this is what the food industry in Canada has come to - Overpriced and poor quality meals in general. People would do better to just learn how to cook at home, which is what my husband and I do 90% of the time. It’s less of a waste of money.
