They made my wife the wrong order, and refused to correct it l. Terrible service, just kept saying "we already made it".Not my problem. Fix the order, stop using the stupid microphone and maybe you can hear people properly.Or maybe don't have 2 menu items called 4g.Disappointed as I usually love this place.

On Saturday, I ordered the ThaiRacha and I’ve had very horrible stomach pains for the last 2 days. Don’t recommend spending $18 on a plate to have health issues after.

The man at the cash register and the lady are very nice, but the man who does the cooking is very unpleasant. He doesn't say any polite words and doesn't respond to polite requests. Frankly, we were disgusted by his poor quality of reception. Every time we visit he is like that .... Teach him to smile, it doesn't kill anyone!

Please thoroughly read your order tickets. My order is wrong almost every single time when I order delivery. I order a thairacha everytime I visit thai express, but for some reason at this location they always give me a regular thai chicken. I’m paying more for the wrong item. So dissatisfied

They left out ingredients and then said that all normal people like it without these ingredients cuz they made a mistake they didn't want to look like they did and then they made me feel uncomfortable when I asked him to add the ingredients they wanted to take the old plate and recook it but the noodles would have got mushy and then he started slamming his bowl around throwing ingredients around yelling swearing at me in Chinese not a good experience.

I ordered chicken pad thai. The chicken did not look like chicken, taste like chicken or break apart like chicken meat. It was rubbery and chewy not like normal chicken. I did not eat the chicken and took it back to ask them what kind of meat it was. I was told it was chicken breast meat. There is no way that was chicken breast meat! Chicken breast meat does not coil up in a spiral. They need to start using REAL chicken breast meat, not some other type of meat and call it chicken because its the same colour as chicken. The colour was the only similarity to chicken meat. Nothing else was similar about their so called chicken breast meat to actual chicken breast. Maybe they should start buying their chicken from Swiss Chalet so they know what real chicken breast meat is. Stop trying to fool people into thinking we're eating real chicken breast meat when it clearly is not.
Extremely rude staff. One guy on his phone competely ignoring customers. Will never go back.

The food comes fast and is tasty, but double check your order before you leave. I ordered chicken pad see wee (gluten-free noodles) with added shrimp, got home only to find they forgot my shrimp. Tried calling but phone just rang and their voicemail is not set up ?

Ordered a $80 order. The very spicy Pad Thai was flavourless and undercooked, to the point of it not being edible. Also posed a high safety concern because the chicken was so raw. I had to throw most of it away. The soups were bland, like water and the noodles came in cheap plastic bags, instead of the usual cardboard cups. Just overall a giant waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again.
