I highly recommend their fish and chips, and their burgers—they're so delicious! Tida's service was also superb! Her recommendations were perfect for my taste.

First time at this restaurant and I was disappointed. Had to send my food back as it was overcooked. To be honest, I was surprised that I was served this food in the first place. Replacement food was okay but smaller portion. May be, I went there on a bad day.

I never had beef stroganoff and wanted to try at this place. I was too early and got the breakfast menu. Streak and fries were pretty good and my wife loved her bagel & lox. First time visiting and will visit again for beef stroganoff.

Great food, great service, definitely a must try! I've been here three times now and have tried almost everything on the menu and nothing ever disappointed. Thanks for the great service Greg!

Bad Alibi is a local favourite in Orleans. I go there several times a month with friends and family. They are especially known for their wings and burgers, as well as friendly and prompt service. They have been adding new entrée items lately, including two new pastas, which is nice to see. During the summer, their weekend brunch is great on the patio.

I often share the charcuterie platter and the chicken wings with house-made sauces—definitely try the Korean BBQ. The fish and chips have an interesting dill pickle dredge, and the Cobb salad is very generous. There are about 10 different burgers on the menu, and I would recommend the Marcellus Wallace or the Firehouse. For brunch, the chicken and French toast or waffles is a signature dish, as they've recently introduced a retro Benedict with goat cheese.

They carry their own beer and feature a good selection of local craft beers. On the wine side, the selection is not especially memorable and could be improved. The Caesar, when made super spicy, is very good. They also make good cocktails.

One thing to note is that the floor tiles have been consistently very greasy and slippery; I am not sure if this is the tile, a cleaning issue (change the mop?) or the type of product being used. No clue, but we always slide. Doesn't deter us though. They also often feature live musicians. If you are seated in nearby booths, the volume can make holding a conversation difficult, so choose where you sit accordingly.

The food was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. The fries were soft and delicious, the eggs cooked to perfection, and every bite felt like quality you don’t always find these days. The portions were generous, and the presentation showed real care and passion.

Very much a location aimed at male clientele (without any misogyny or disrespectful uniforms for female staff). The food is acceptable but the service is inconsistent. Bonus: they do excellent poached eggs.

Fish n chips are amazing. The chips part is a little on the light side.

Do NOT come here for the chili, it tasted not so good. It tasted like a canned chili warmed up in a microwave. Pulled pork Mac n cheese, also very underwhelming, not so tasty, it is smothered in some wine sauce, and very under cheesed. The Mac n cheese should only cost $10 for this quality.

Overall, I will come back again for fish n chips, nothing else.

We went for breakfast last Friday with Christina before her shift. I had the eggs benedict and it was amazing. The service from Ali was fast and efficient.

My husband said he wanted a good burger so I googled good burgers in Orleans. The Bad Alibi came up so we decided to give it a try. Oh my god are we glad we did!!! Our server, Joshua, was the best! He recommended three burgers and we chose to share two different ones. To say they make good burgers is a disservice- they make AMAZING BURGERS! The Bries Knees was our favourite of the two we tried but both were absolutely delicious! And the Toblerone Crème Brûlée was the best version of my favourite dessert I have ever had!

Highly recommend! You will likely see us there when you go!!!
