What an amazing spot to have a quick bite to eat. So much great things to say about this spot, it was my first time trying it and the bagel I had was a BLT on a Herb&Cheese.The bagel came toasted with butter, was perfectly warm and didn’t even need the sauce as the taste of the bagel really added to flavour of the sandwich.The customer service is great as well, they brought my sandwich to the table, helped me through the ordering process as it was my first time and I can also add that a rude customer came in and the nice lady up front was able to handle the situation with excellent customer service and ease.10/10 would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it.

I order the vegetarian bagel , the sweet Potatoes and ginger soup and 2 chicken samosas through Uber eats.1. For the veggie bagel , I added in the notes section to add red onion and chicken. I did NOT receive the chicken.2. They were out of sweet potatoes and ginger soup, I was notified though the app of this and switched to the squash apple soup.3. Uber eats charged me for the soup and I even saw that the order was out through on my end. I DID NOT receive my soup.4. I spoke with a young lady named Laura 2 times and explained to her the situation, she seemed nice and understanding and offered to deliver the soup to me on her way home as I live 5 min drive from the store. Miss Laura did not show up at my house , I gave my phone number and detailed information and I was never notified.5. The samosas taste really bad and where cold.I would not recommend this place. Uber was gracious enough to refund me back the money however I was expecting that soup as I am pregnant and really wanted it. They did not take ownership for their mistake and I’m very disappointed.

You are part of to good to go but no need to give out moldy bagels these are not end of the day bagels like u advertise on the site to good to go actually the one I pick up today would of been good for garbage frozen and moldy sad because we pay to receive garbage not impressed I don’t like to give my money for garbage
The bagels are amazing but this review is specifically about the customer service. I went in first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the staff was very pleasant, all smiling and most importantly, accommodating. I had failed to mention an allergy and only noticed during the preparation that it was added to my breakfast sandwich. They did not hesitate to make me a new one and even gave me the other sandwich, which I gave to my partner. I definitely will return for the great food, service and awesome staff. Cheers!

Service and staff were exceptional. Speed of service was in line with custom ordering. Food was excellent.Definitely impressed and will be back.

Their bagels are okay and the cream cheese is good. Product availability is a little iffy and their opening hours are a bit restrictive. I tried to order some day olds and the employee dumped a few out and put them with the freshly baked ones.
