The chicken shawarma is folded which is different, but so much better. Great side salad. Eccentric service and the "king" brought lollipops to a few kids waiting which was a sweet touch.

Decent food. It was a tad expensive for small shawarma, which was around $12. Own is pleasant, but staff rush putting items on, so you may miss garlic and/or hummus like I did. Quiet to dine in during the night, which was nice.

Not only was the food great, it was filling and priced well. I enjoyed the employees beyond most places I have ever been to, kudos on being such a charming group of people.We were able to sit and visit over lunch, and linger for a good amount of time, which is one of my favorite things to do, so I thank you very much Garlic King!Dietary restrictions: Yay! They offer gluten-free and dairy-free options, and have them separated for zero cross contamination.
This felt like a gem in the wall kinda restaurant! Not only was the food delicious, the service was wonderful. The staff there made it fun and exciting. I have both gluten and dairy allergies, and they are free from both those allergies! I had to go on a 5 hour car ride and I wasn't sick not even for a second!!! They also had a delicious gluten free dessert!Added March 2024 - I wish I could give this place 10 stars because the last time I went everything tasted amazing, and yet they made it taste even better!Dietary restrictions: Very happy to say I am among the many people who have not had a reaction!!!
Amazing food and service. We tried the monster platter and it was very filling. Food is flavourful and they don’t cut corners. Prices are fair and reasonable but staff was very friendly. Top notch! Will comeback very soon.

Best garlic sauce around.This was my go-to spot for Lebanese food. We loved it. The food is still fantastic, but there are a couple of glaring issues that I can no longer overlook.Firstly, the use of cameras. I have no issues with cameras on the ceiling. They are there for safety and security. However, to have a camera about 30 inches from the checkout that tracks your face is just wrong on many levels. The way that I choose not to give you permission to stick a camera in my face is to take my business elsewhere.Moreover, that camera appears to be wi-fi and they are hackable. How do I know with certainty that my credit card information is not being stolen? Thankfully I use tap, not the PIN.On to the food/value. As with all restaurants, the price of food has skyrocketed. I estimate that the Garlic King pricing is up 20% since covid. However, the portions have changed. They have drastically reduced the amount of protein on the plate. This is why there is no longer an option for small. In effect, the regular is the new small.I wish you and your staff all the best. I won't be back to have a camera in my face.

Delicious gluten free food. I was a little worried to try the gluten free sandwich because of cross contamination . But after ordering and the gentleman sending me to a different counter, that worry disappeared. The gluten-free wraps and all the ingredients to make the delicious sandwich are separated from everything else. The food was spectacular!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, celiac

Having eaten there 20 years almost once a week I can confidently say they have quality.Try it for yourself.
