I’ve been to this Tim Hortons many times, and my order is almost always bad, wrong drink, wrong food, or poorly made. On top of that, the staff are short-tempered and careless when handing orders out. When you ask for a replacement or for what you actually ordered, they give attitude and often refuse to fix it. Mistakes happen, but the constant errors and lack of basic customer service make this location really disappointing. Would not recommend. Don’t hire all these fob people and hire someone who’s actually a caring citizen and knows how to work with a positive attitude not bringing there anger issues to work

WARNING!! Disgusting. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION TIM HORTONS. Food is old and unsafe to eat. I received a chicken wrap, the chicken was old, hard, and grey. It was as hard as a rock, probably sitting there at room temperature for hours. I am so insulted and disgusted they would serve that to people.

They have the worst customer service of all Tom Hortons in ottawa. Staff named Sumit uses foul language towards the customers. I asked to simply take the french vanilla out of the machine towards the end where it's just hot water. Every other tim hortons can complete this task when I say ok ill give this Tim hortons a 2ed chance there service is always bad! Most staff needs to be replaced since they are not grateful for their position.

I was going there every morning, it's close to home . I always order my bagel extra extra toasted and ask them too cut it in half , they never toast it right and never cut it in half so I have to rip it apart. The workers in the evenings are rude, there's no such thing as customer service anymore, what happened to the days when people were polite and Courteous to customers.

Very disappointing experience. We stopped by this Tim Hortons and the staff was extremely rude. When we politely asked for water, we were told “no.” We also asked about the Halloween cat cup, and the person at the counter just said “I don’t know” in a very dismissive way. It felt like we were being treated differently because my partner doesn’t speak French, which made the experience really uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from Tim Hortons.

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted and got a sesame seed bagel. I went back to return it and got my cinnamon bagel toasted but then turned out burnt. Thanks for a great start to my morning.

I ordered drive through for chicken bacon ranch wrap and a medium coffee, they told me to park the car and will bring the food to me. After 10 minutes waiting, I decide to park the car and came to the store to ask my wrap, then they started to do it and another 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Terrible service
