I literally can't understand any of the employees here. Why are you guys hiring people that can barely speak English/French for CUSTOMER SERVICE? The staff is rude and gets the orders wrong 90% of the time. There's plenty of skilled young kids looking for employment. DO BETTER

I come to to this Tim hortons cause it’s closest to my house, otherwise I wouldn’t. They have the worst customer service rude employees. Everytime they mess up my order and they don’t try to fix it for me, start making excuses like sometimes the points don’t work or some other excuse. I don’t recommend this place. Their food quality is the worst. They don’t even try to make a good order, always in a hurry.

It's a great place to sit and chat with friends!
First time ever I have a good experience in a Tim Horton. Nice staff and made my order right :)
I’m not even sure where to begin—whether it’s the poor customer service, the inability to complete a simple coffee order, the lack of teamwork among staff, or the fact that no one seemed to speak either of Canada’s official languages, English or French.
It’s disappointing that, during a season when many capable students are seeking summer employment, positions are instead filled by adults who are unable to prepare a basic coffee.

Had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru this morning. The staff member was short and rude, and handed me a faulty cup that spilled all over my car. I usually let it go when customer service is off, but today I politely told her, “Hey, it doesn’t hurt to be a bit nicer—like when I say thanks, maybe say you’re welcome.” She rolled her eyes and replied, “Why would I have to do that?” I reminded her it’s literally called customer service.
For the record, I wasn’t flirting—I’m gay. I drove out of my way for this coffee, hoping it would be a small treat to start the day, but her attitude completely ruined the experience. No apology, no courtesy, just cold and dismissive.

Unfortunately it's not what it used to be. The cleanliness is no longer there and the quality of food has extremely deteriorated.

I visit this location daily for my double double coffee, bagel, and/or cookie, donut or brookie. The staff are quick and kind and my coffee is always smooth! Please continue to provide warm gooey cookies compared to other locations!
