recently visited a Tim Hortons and had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of the team members her name is ANU. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to ensure my order was just right even though it was busy. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanour made my coffee run a highlight of my day. It’s clear that she genuinely care about their customers and take pride in her work. I left feeling valued and appreciated. Highly recommend visiting this location and experiencing their great service firsthand!

Worst cup of coffee I have ever bought from Tim Hortons, the coffee is very diluted and tastes like watered down and burnt taste, cream was very minimal, how can you screw up your coffee that bad.

I been going last 3 to 4 weeks and everytime i order an ice coffee never the same barely put ice in it i think out of the times i went maybe 1 of the ice coffee was made properly no consistency the rest of the service i dont know just judging on ice coffees

I am new to Orleans and this is the closest Tim Hortons to me. From the person at the drive through to the cashier everyone was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. I was stunned. The drive through person, was so rude. I actually told them to cancel the order because the cashier deep-sighed at me while I brought out my card. Apparently, I was taking too much time. It was like 10 seconds max.
I walked away at that point. It wasn’t rush time. There was no one behind me. In my decades of living, I have never actually experienced the absolute rudeness I received at this store.
I can see that there have been similar complaints about the service and that the owner is seeing these reviews. Why are you not doing anything to address these employees? Additional training?
This is the best Tim's. They are quick! And my bagel is always good. I tried the flat bread pizza, I had to park and they brought it to my window, under 3 minutes, I think it's pretty good! Everyone is always super nice, my coffee is always right, compared to other Tim's where they often get it wrong. Best Tim's in Orleans

I live around the corner from your location; I go a minimum of 5 times a week and every time I go; the service is very unpleasant. The employees are nice but they Don listen to the order correctly; they always make mistakes on the order and the never inform me of the amount owing before I to the window to pick up my order. How am I to be prepared with the payment method if I don’t know how much it is……

I was greeted at the drive thru with a half mumbled “Ya” and nothing after saying my order… when i drove to the window the girl opened the window and simply stared at me annoyingly. I happily said “Hi” and after an awkward moment she told me the price (my intention was to pay with cash)… On top of that when I received my sandwich the cheese and bacon was missing. I can deal with mistakes happening with the food, but rudeness is not something i can get on board with.
