tried the self serve kiosk and inputted my name, called someone elses name. Like i typed in “Ramia” and they were calling someone completely different? i ended up waiting for over 10 minutes only for them to tell me that my order was inputted under a different name?? for some reason?? and then they got my order wrong but thats not that that annoying. This is the most understaffed, slowest Tim Hortons in the country.
Pure laziness here! They won’t put confinements on your bagel unless it’s cream cheese. Refuse to give more than 2-3 napkins… when u order 2 plain bagels they will only give u one tiny square of jam. Then u must pay for more…. 1 square of jam is the size of not even half the bagel… oh and let’s add that when you’re ordering they cut you off from talking and ask anything else. Like yes there is something but u won’t let me talk. Bring back the old staff cause the new ones don’t like to work. The fact that they were 5-6 people standing around not doing anything and refused to put jam on a bagel is insane. No line up in side or at the drive thru they just don’t want to work.

I had only 6.70 cash. The sandwich was 6.77. All I got out of the trip is hearing about the employees complain about other employees. Many tim Hortons are awesome but not this one
