I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I walked to Tim Hortons on my work break in the freezing cold to get a tea and a donut. I ordered a 2 milk 2 sugar tea — the lid was even marked correctly — but the drink was made with cream instead of milk. I couldn’t go back to fix it because my break was over, and now I can’t even drink it.

This isn’t the first time this has happened, but today was the last straw. For the past 4 months I’ve gone every single day because I really love Tim Hortons, but after constantly dealing with wrong orders, I’m honestly done. It’s incredibly disappointing to feel like the consistency and care just aren’t there anymore.

I won’t be returning again, no matter how much I’ve loved Tim’s in the past.

I went to place an order today around 12:45 pm in drive thru and the person who was taking the orders literally skipped me and took 2 other cars that showed up after me on the left side of the drive thru and took their orders which left me hanging. Had I not said hello several times to let them know I was there I would have been there longer. The worst part is they didn't apologize, the only comment that came out of their mouth was nothing I can do about it. I am not asking for anything but an apology would have been nice. Service has gone down for me and that has been my go to since they opened that location I would say probably 20 years ago.

Maybe the coffee machine needs to be cleaned. Although they are consistent. The coffee taste terrible. Almost every time.

Service was terrible was in line at cash ( first in line ) for over fifteen minutes and actually said something and was told they all were making orders , there was 8 employees I could see, 4 in drive thru leaning and doing nothing as drive thru had no cars. You can have one person on cash and one making orders and still 6 other people that could help if necessary. There was no flow and no one at this location wants to work cash so they avoid it.

They have never once gotten my order right. Doesn’t matter if i order in person, in drive thru or over app theres always something missing and wrong. Its honestly embarrassing they amount of meals they mess up and still have their jobs. Tim Hortons standards have hot the absolute bare minimum recently and it’s sad. A Canadian company sold to Americans and no one there is clearly trained whatsoever. Horrible i hope ownership stops being lazy and does something

I always return after i say i wont but this time im done. Sick to my stomach today after I received my timbits i was hoping to share with my team today…..smelled like dirty hands. I didn’t even want to eat one to test. A tasty treat should not smell like fingers, OR BE TOUCHED BY THEM!!! The simple rules and basic hygiene is all anyone asks for. As a customer i can’t see what’s going on why my food so how will i know it’s all clean after this situation. Tim hortons you need to fix up real fast. oh and hire competent canadians.

Icaps are always good & I always get great service. First time ordering donuts here & turned off. Most were completely dried out & one had a hair in it. Was not happy. Not a fun thanksgiving treat.

First of all, they never have anything, so what's the point in ordering on the app? Bagel was burnt (only had 2 options) Cappuccino had no foam and tasted like fish. Gross gross gross.

2nd time. Waited over 25 minutes for food. Forgot the muffin, when we went back we got the muffin. It was totally frozen on the inside. A hard rock!
