It took 50 minutes to get 2 coffees, 2 ice capps and a bakery item. The worker yelling orders can not speak English or even yell so no one understands him. They can't even get simple orders right. And it came to the point where a customer had to yell out the name so people would understand, that same customer prevented a very unhappy customer from lashing out after being ignored several times trying to ask for his order because he was going to be late for work, once finally listened to they proceeded to gove him a muffin instead of his drink and they after they simply ignored him. I recommend to the owner to at least hire more competent workers.

And stop 30 minutes just for one coffee. So I am asking how long? See me going to stop again. This is crazy. I don't know what's going on.
today i bought mocha and i was not satisified it was watery and bland and it had a bad taste :(

Drive thru appears to be open 24 hours but it is closed.
Overall it isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Staff don't seem to be able to call out names, instead they just call out the order so anytime who orders something similar can just come and take it.

First placing my order it would be helpful to have some thant can speak English on the order taking. Second I was asked to pull around and someone would bring my bagel to me but they had no idea how to find me. I got the bagel and barely toasted

I placed an order for a pizza and when I arrived there someone took my order, as I was about to ask for a refund there’s this worker I think her name is Danika, she assured me that she will do my order again , I was in a hurry because I was on my break, so I patiently waited and my experience was great, she did it really quick and Danika did a great customer service. That’s how it should be on all store because there are those stores that doesn’t care at all. And I was starving that time. She goes above and beyond on what she’s doing. Great job !

I’m a regular customer at this location but had a terrible experience today. Arrived at the window to pay and the cashier informed me that their debit machine was broken and they could only accept cash.
I was very patient and offered to park and wait a few minutes to see if the machine would start working again since I did not have cash. The first cashier was very kind and apologetic.
While I was waiting, a new cashier came to the window and began being incredibly rude. She angrily told me that unless I paid cash immediately they would throw out my entire order that had already been made and was sitting right in front of me. I was shocked considering I was completely ready and willing to pay as usual if their machine had been working.
Incredibly disappointed to have been treated this way after being a regular customer at this location for years. I understand technical issues happen but the blatant aggression and disrespect from this employee was unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Hours of operation online and on maps say 24 hours . Save the trip and go elsewhere because there operating times are not reliable
