Extremely rude staff. No greeting, no polite interaction. Don't forget your wallet. If you forget, think twice to go there. Even using mobile app, they don't understand it. At the end of the day, number 1 priority should be customer service.

Wow oh wow, don’t get me started on this place. To start, I have had multiple STALE bagels from this location , last time I got one I checked to make sure it was edible and double toasted, well, the outside was toasted and the inside was rock hard stale. I went inside to tell them, and the MANAGER looked me dead in the eye, and said “so don’t double toast it?” Uh no maam double it, just don’t give me a stale bagel. Then she proceeded to be snotty. Today I got another stale bagel and gave up didn’t even try to get another one. Absolutely the worst timmies location I know

Went to get a coffee and first server was rude with a costumer in front of me and with me and when I order my coffee I got a massive sip of coffee grounds as shown in picture

All is good but please please order a new espresso machine.. for several months whenever I go there your espresso coffee machine is broken.. it’s a coffee shop and no working espresso machine.. really disappointing
We just went to order an oreo cookie, they made us pay and afterwards told us there were no Oreo cookies left. The lady at the drive through window was very impatient and rude with us when we were deciding on an alternative. Never coming back again.

Never have anything in stock, whenever I order certain donuts, they don’t have it. I even ordered a roast beef craveable and they said they couldn’t make it for no apparent reason

Good cinnamon raisin bagel with butter but they use the same knife for all bagels as my bagel tasted like an “everything bagel”

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing experience. My order was wrong more than once, despite being quite simple—a BLT on a plain bagel and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I spent 45 minutes of my day having to try to resolve this, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the process. When I went back they were out of cinnamon raisin bagels so they couldn’t give me a new one so I said I just wanted the blt. I was told “mistakes happen” While I understand that mistakes can happen, the level of incompetence was frustrating. One mistake I understand but with such a simple task it’s pretty concerning to not be able to complete that order. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve service in the future.

The hot chocolate is not always the same. Some days it's good but others tastes like dirty water.
I am sick and tired of the treatment at this location. There is no costumer service or friendliness from the day staff. I am aware of the times drive through staff has to meet but it should not be at the cost of the costumers.
Today, at around 12:15pm I went through drive through to get a LG double double. Was waiting in line, one I got to the window I was not greeted was handed the debit machine. No good morning, I don't have tap so as it was taking time it was annoying the window girl to the point she was sighing and tapping on the ledge at the window and while waiting for the machine she was shoving the coffee at me through my car ( to the point she might as well put it in my cup holder) I handed the machine back to her as she shoved the coffee into my hand and on top of all the as the coffee hit my hand she was yelling, (next car Please) There was no Thank you, have a nice day of any sort.
I do understand and I know about drive through times and how much pressure it puts on the staff and how the owners and managers enforce it. However, I will no longer be going to this location as there is no care for their costumers and staff if they aren't preforming to discard costumer service to make drive through times, they are moved out of drive through so it puts to much pressure and stress on staff. I have had to many bad experiences at this location. I'll take my business to mcds, Starbucks or a Tim's down on trim that has better costumer service.

I asked for latte around noon and they said they don’t have milk for latte !!!
You are a coffee shop and first thing is to make sure you have milk!! Also there is metro in front of the store.send some one to get some milk

Missing product after ordered... someone else took it for the drive through.
Other times, they did not have hashbrowns at 8 am... how don't they order enough for the weekend? This is the worst for this as it is not the first time!
