Last time I will visit this location. Ordered some lunch with my kid and what an experience. We didn't receive the full order, and they started arguing that we only ordered what we got. After digging up the order, they realized they were wrong. Then it took another 10 min to receive the grilled cheese because the person making them had many other orders before and didn't want to deal with the missed item. When we got it the cheese was not even melted, wow. The service is beyond poor and the tables were all dirty. I'm wondering if it is new management as this was not the case earlier. Never going there again, gross and poor service is not what I want.

Placed a dine-in order from the app and came to the shop but no one wanted to give me my order. All of the staff were just walking here and there while I was waiting and no one asked me what I wanted for that 15 minutes even when I tried to talk with them. Later found out that my meal was already made and but no one wanted to give me the meal. By the time I got the meal, It was cold. Very disappointed with the staff. They have no idea what they're doing. Just making the customers waiting without even ask them what they want. Will never go there again.

I like this Tim Hortons. They always make the refreshers perfect and not with flat water ! Service is nice too.

This location appears to be unable to process orders in a timely manner. Cars waiting in the drive through often wait so long that they overflow onto the road blocking traffic and an intersection

Love the ability to make own order and just wait for name to be called. Clean and fast

Staff are very nice, though service is inconsistently accurate. Sadly, the location has been staked out by elderly men who spend 7 hours a day in the restaurant, occupying almost all seating.

I had my last straw the other day. This was the best timmies three years ago. The owner changed and it’s gone down hill / fast. The other night I went to order two coffees and the drive through window was being ignored because the employee was busy talking to his friend near the cashes. I get it. I waited five minutes. He saw my car and kept talking. I honked after 6 minutes. He decided to then make my coffee. While he was making my coffees the other employee grabbed a bunch of cups and one dropped onto the floor. The employee then picked up that cup from the floor and proceeded to make a coffee for the person behind me. He used the cup that dropped to the floor to make someone’s coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Quality of food is a joke. Customer service is horrendous. I drive down near Home Depot timmies.

My first issue ordering or pre-ordering from here via drive-thru is that you can't order or even pre-order a latte without getting told to go wait in the parking lot when you get to the window. It seems a latte takes an exceedingly long time to make. So I tried telling them at the mic (where one orders) that I had a pre-order, gave the order number, and precised that the pre-order contained a LATTE. They need to have a priority system to get lattes started as soon as they're ordered so that they're ready at the window, or else it isn't fast reliable service. I guess I just can't order lattes in drive thru. An extra 6 minutes in the parking lot might not seem like much, but when you're in a hurry and the food you also ordered is sitting for longer getting cold, it kinda sucks.

My second issue is that the lettuce they give you is sometimes rotten. Today, it's going bad, and that's just gnarly. Someone knowingly put this in a sandwich, and that just speaks to how little the staff cares - from the employees, to the managers, and to the owners. I'm glad I saw it before I bit into this. Quality control is poor.

I ordered a steep tea, but it arrived almost cold. When I mentioned this to the staff member, he was dismissive and did not offer an apology. He was unprofessional and seemed unsure of how to handle the situation, despite claiming to be the acting manager at the time.

This lack of basic customer service was disappointing.

I pulled-up at drive-thru and placed my order. I wasn't told that the donut I ordered wasn't available. Had it been the case, I would have looked at the MENU and made another choice. However, I was informed once at the window, that they didn't have it. No problem, I asked what they had available to make a choice. The lady rolled her eyes and said "Ma'am this is drive-thru. I'm not going to start telling you what we have, there are too many!". How do you expect the customer to know what you have if you don't know what you have in the first place. I informed her that it was rude and she told me it wasn't. I took the remainder of my order and left. Imagine being a new customer and getting this treatment. If you don't want to work with the public, don't. I will not be returning to this location. The attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional.
