Excellent service at Tim Hortons! Sarwat was very friendly, efficient, and made my visit enjoyable. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and she maintained a positive attitude throughout. Got coffees this evening and there was sign saying that they run out of small and medium cups but they did have other sizes for roll up the rim. I ordered 3 xl coffees they didn't have roll cups so I asked to get 3 empty roll cups like they they do in other Tim's server said no. Her behaviour were rushed and there were no other customers.My coffees were almost quarter empty and coffee was cold not pleasant experience and first for me in this Tim's very disappointed

I was looking for a vegan option snack and Sarwat was so kind to accommodate my need. She heard what I am looking for patiently, explained the options and served me with a great smile. I felt so welcomed. Thanks for the great customer service!

The experience had me embarrassed due to the line up not being clear. Very rude till experience as it was pointed out my mistake to everyone. A little direction would have helped as I was not the only one who made the error.

I Was waiting in a line up. There were 4 people behind the counter one was cleaning, the other guy was preparing drink for himself. The other two were staring. Very frustrating. Ended up going somewhere else. Please fix it

This Tim hortons has some of the nicest people working. The very tall lady with glasses is very kind, quick and gives the best service. The ladies are very kinds, respectful and give you a laugh on your way out, which puts a smile on your face.

the waitress looked imaptient, gave us options names unknown for us and duffrent from the labels... she was screaming do you want.... or.... omg very bad experience
