Tharwat or Sarwar is very nice, down to earth, fast and efficient! She always welcome her clients with a smile. Make sure the orders are correct goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy with their orders.

This location is very efficient and the customer service is amazing. Oraida was very kind and helpful and prepared my food very well, it was delicious! Definitely one of the best Tims locations in Ottawa. The management keeps the stations very clean and organized.

I had an amazing experience here. I wanted an iced coffee but they were sold out. Sarwat went above & beyond recommending me an iced latte which turned out to be much better. She even explained exactly how she makes it & honestly there’s nothing I love more than a barista that knows what she’s talking about, knows what she’s going & knows her clientele. 10 out of 10

I brought 25$ worth of food and I didn't even get my drink right give me wrong drinks and when I asked for napkins they gave me 2 when I needed more and the napkins weren't even usable and VERY RUDE Customer Service

I loved it! I came with my daughter to go to a few places in Place D'Orleans, and I went to Tim Hortons because I was a bit hungry, and I thought, why not get something for my family at home? So I went to the counter, and Sarwat greeted me warmly. She told me to get the Tim Hortons app to save money and have more Tim Hortons. She was so nice and lovely! Got coffees this evening and there was sign saying that they run out of small and medium cups but they did have other sizes for roll up the rim. I ordered 3 xl coffees they didn't have roll cups so I asked to get 3 empty roll cups like they they do in other Tim's server said no. Her behaviour were rushed and there were no other customers.My coffees were almost quarter empty and coffee was cold not pleasant experience and first for me in this Tim's very disappointed
