The manager doesn’t know the policy for the Tim hortons app offers, I got offer for 2 coffee and 2 donuts for $5 I asked her to make 2 large coffee she told me just medium or small size I try to explain to her the offer didn’t say that in offer details and I usually get this offer and I get any size I want but she doesn’t listen plus she got 400 points from the app in the same time which I spouse to get free drink but I lose it now because of this stupid lady she is so rude person and I don’t know how this lady mange store like Tim hortons and dealing with customers, never come back to this place

I've been watching this girl for a while. My feeling is she's not really serious about customer service because she hardly smiles and rather gives a bit of a bad look to customers, while sneakily laughs with male employees behind the coffee pots and so. She doesn't seem sincerely interested in serving customers.Just watch out and be careful about her. Inside the Place d'Orleans mall.

I ordered the chili & it was not good, due to it being watered down. The bread however was warm fluffy internally & crunchy externally, it was tasty but bread alone can not salvage this watered down nonsense. This was my first time trying Tim's chili & it will be my last. Wendys chili is much better.

So one day I decided to go to the mall with my friends to get a coffee. So we went. The lady there told us to pay her the 14 dollars. So I go to reach my pocket for money but then she starts yelling at us to hurry up. This is the worst Tim Hortons experience of my life.

There is a always a line up. The staff are slow in serving people. Many times only one cashier works. The taste of coffee is good though.
When serving customers you should do it in sequence I ordered a medium double double and had to wait for 2 others behind me in line to be processed and served first... doesn't seem logical. Maybe Don't prioritize your mall friends over other customers just a thought.

Entitled people cut in front of the line, but the staff won't say a word and serve them anyway. There is a woman who's been working here for years(a bad apple), who dishes out bad coffee with dregs or without the required milk or creamers. She gets very upset if you say anything.New staff, especially the young seem to become indoctrinated in poor service very quickly. One has to hope, one doesn't get one of these lemons when ordering coffee.Best to go to another Timmy's.

This Tim Hortons is in the food court at Place d'Orléans Shopping Centre. There is always a line up. I have literally never seen this place without a line up. Fortunately, the staff are pretty efficient because the wait is always much shorter that it looks like it will be. They have a good selection of items and their full menu is available despite not being a actual store (it's not a Tim Hortons Express were the menu is limited, like some food court or kiosk locations are). Free parking in the mall parking lot.

Usually a mediocre-bad experience here. Takes upwards of 15 minutes sometimes for me to get my food. Female employees appear to stand around and chat more than work. I’ve never received a fresh hashbrown from them, they’re always crunchy and stale.
