We buy drinks there almost every day of the week, but last weekend the girl who works there in the early morning said they didn’t have French Vanilla. Okay, fine — I got two iced coffees instead, but she messed up the drinks; there was no cane sugar inside. I ended up throwing them away.
This morning, I went again, and the same girl said they didn’t have French Vanilla again. So I left and went to another Tim Hortons because I know she always messes up the drinks.
So what — no French Vanilla every Sunday when she works? And it’s only available Monday to Saturday? Such a bad experience.

We went to get a coffee and bagel because we were 18 minutes early to work, arrived at 8:42, places the order for a coffee, iced Capp, two bagels and cream cheese, and Tim bits. We got the order at 8:57, three minutes before work started, and we were short a bagel and the coffee was all over the lid and tray. It’s not the first time they get it wrong or the first time they take as much time as possible. Upon opening the bagel, it has not been cut either.

I work in the area and this is the undisputed office-coffee shop. Our coffees (and there are often 7-12 per order) are always fresh and perfect. Service and accuracy are better at this gas station location than any brick and mortar location in orleans.

Worst experience always. 2024,5th of july: I visited this location for a coffee but as always( i mean as always) there was no one for the order. I waited for 5 long minutes. Its only 10 o clock and the whole counter is empty. I dnt know how the system works here. Most of the time they are busy in phone. Customer is ordering food, they have mobile phone on speaker or on his ear. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS.
