Worst experience always. 2024,5th of july: I visited this location for a coffee but as always( i mean as always) there was no one for the order. I waited for 5 long minutes. Its only 10 o clock and the whole counter is empty. I dnt know how the system works here. Most of the time they are busy in phone. Customer is ordering food, they have mobile phone on speaker or on his ear. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS.

Tried to order thru the app, as far as I am concerned, worst app I've ever seen! Confusing, you can only order one thing at a time and you have to pick it specific menu, but you still can't order a lot of things from the menu. Joining Tim's was a total waste of time!

I usually my experience is as expected for a Timmies, but this time I was disappointed as no food was available. Only coffee. At 10:30pm after a long drive from out of town I wanted something to eat but was advised that they had nothing available as they were closing at 11pm. Only hot drinks were available. I ended up going to another food chain.
I can't believe this still has a 4.1 rating. There is no way they change their coffee until it is empty. If you don't stop in the morning you get old disgusting coffee. It is brutal. This is the second Tim Hortons that I have given a bad review in a week. I am not a Tim Hortons hater, as almost all of my afternoon coffee is purchased from them. If I am in a rush in the morning I will routinely grab a bagel breakfast sandwich along with a coffee, from other locations.Another issue is that I am sure that the cream dispenser at this location gives less cream than the others. I have spoken with two others from the neighborhood who say the same. My one cream coffee, even when the coffee is fresh, it tastes like half a cream.To top it off, the service is below expectations. Rude.

Could not believe Tim horton let restaurants in that chain get so dirty and neglected .Wasps in with the donuts and lots of them ,told the employee he answered they knew did not surprise him then sat at a dirty table beside a filty window with Wasps all around us the wraps where definitely not like the ones in casselman if I went to tim horton for the first time I would never go back.Also, the garage cans where all full and overflowing holes in the pavement in the parking ,lot really bad experience .
